Blessings Faithful Leaders, Watchmen, Prayer Warriors, Intercessors,
I know it is a long time between blogs these days. Typing continues to be difficult as broken wrist is not yet fully mobile. However great heaaling progress continues through intense PT. Consequently, this blog is jammed packed with current USA nation, Issachar (times and seasons) knowledge and understanding, what God is doing, what we need to do/pray/decree. Most important we have crossed over into the new. Believe it by faith. We are following Jesus into the future, being His Light & Glory and releasing it NOW into the chaos of this transitioning earth/cosmos. Be the change you want to see. You have all power and authority to change the environment everywhere you go. Open your mouth and declare His Will, His Kingdom, the Government of God NOW. As you know, 5780 Hebrew year is the beginning of the decade of the mouth. See > Say.
Love & Light, Janet

Attorney General William Barr on Religious Liberty
This is a must watch. Such an awesome talk on the founding of this country “tis of thee, history, purpose, where we have been, where we are now and what we need to overcome. We are so blessed to have this man of God as our US AG for such a time as this. Thank you Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Statue of Liberty History by William Federer, American Minute.
This history reveals portions of the destiny, the scroll, USA’ s book, her inheritance, purpose.
Recently, during our weekly watchmen prayer meeting, one of our watchmen saw the following vision. We had been praying for our national government, President Trump and the three legislative branches.
Vision: The Statue of Liberty was breaking off her foundation and her feet were loosed
and she started dancing. Then I saw that she became engulfed in fire and it was a Holy
Fire.
This vision is so important for we Kingdom Watchmen as it is revealing results of our prayers over the past several years. It is showing us the change and all that the Statue of Liberty represents as a symbol of liberty, freedom and truth. She is stepping off her old foundation of mixture. She is free again, dancing a dance of freedom. The fire of God is bringing deliverance. God has heard our cry of “Let my people GO”. As the Statue of Liberty dances and sheds the old sins and iniquities of the past, the USA, our Government, our people, our churches likewise are being cleansed and healed of the past. We are stepping into the new season of freedom and holiness.
It is important to note that over the past several years, some of you have had visions, angelic encounters with the Statue of Liberty. She was seen: 1) falling off her foundation, 2) laying dirty, tattered and torn, weeping on the living room floor of a watchman 3) as a terrorist murderor weilding a machete. We have mobilized stratetic prayer teams to deal with all of this through repentance, the courts, decrees.
This recent vision is showing the Statue of Liberty, this country, its people as triumphant overcomers, dancimg and joyful in liberty. What a testimony. Declare it. Read the history and decree the destiny, inheritance, freedom, holiness over this country, our state.
Apostolic Reformation by Joseph Perry
“The apostle values the soul of the nation”
8 OCTOBER 2019 THE MORNINGSTAR JOURNAL
(This article will give you great understanging of our end time purpose and the new have stepped into. “Jesus and the church have the same goal, but we have been given two very different parts to play. The mistake we keep making is expecting the church’s role to look exactly like Jesus’ role.”
God’s glory is revealed in nations when they live in His blessing by walking in His ways. One way God’s glory will cover the earth is by nations around the world living in His blessing. For this reason, God is in the business of nation-building. Nation-building requires more than gathering people, possessing land, or declaring independence. It is about having the infrastructure in place to sustain God’s blessing. To accomplish such a great undertaking, God began building His first nation four thousand years ago from the ground up. Nation-building takes time.
While all the patriarchs had their part to play in God’s unfolding plan, God’s purposes are most clearly stated in two key promises made to Abraham:
FIRST KEY PROMISE:
Now the Lord said to Abram, “Go from your country and your kindred and your father’s house to the land that I will show you. And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed” (Genesis 12:1-3).
SECOND KEY PROMISE:
“Behold, my covenant is with you, and you shall be the father of a multitude of nations. No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham, for I have made you the father of a multitude of nations.
I will make you exceedingly fruitful, and I will make you into nations, and kings shall come from you. And I will establish my covenant between me and you and your offspring after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and to your offspring after you. And I will give to you and to your offspring after you the land of your sojournings, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession, and I will be their God” (Genesis 17:4-8).
God promised Abram that He would make him into a nation and that He would make him a father of many nations. While only about twenty-five years separates these two promises, their fulfillment is worlds apart. They represent two different phases of God’s plan under two different covenants. The first promise was about God’s work in the Old Covenant: the formation of God’s first nation, Israel. The second promise was about God’s work in the New Covenant: the reformation of nations through an apostolic church. In other words, the first promise concerned formation, while the second promise concerned reformation.
ONE GOAL, TWO ROLES
Jesus and the church have the same goal, but we have been given two very different parts to play. The mistake we keep making is expecting the church’s role to look exactly like Jesus’ role. Jesus was Phase One of the transition into the kingdom work of reformation, adding what was missing from Israel’s stability: Himself and His kingdom.
The gospel of the kingdom is for all nations, but Jesus didn’t go to all nations. He went to only one. When questioned about serving those who were not of the nation of Israel, Jesus responded, “I was only sent to the lost sheep of the house of Israel” (see Matthew 15:24). While Jesus wasn’t sent to the nations, He told His disciples, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth” (Acts 1:8).
Christ did not come to have influence with the kings of His day, but to be crucified by them. That assignment He has given to us. When Jesus was told that even Greeks were now seeking Him, He knew it was time to bow out. In just over three years, He had fulfilled His mission to pay the price for the sins of mankind and to birth the church for Phase Two: the preaching of the kingdom to all the kings of the earth.
PHASE TWO
For thousands of years, God focused on Israel. If a nation wanted to be blessed, it would have to bless Israel. Now, for the first time, the gospel of the kingdom would go out from Jerusalem to every nation. Jerusalem had become the birthplace of reformation for the world. When Christ ascended, everything shifted. He gave gifts to men. While all the gifts are needed in the church, apostles are key to what God intends to do. There were no apostles in the Old Testament for two reasons: first, because Christ had not yet ascended and given those gifts to men; but secondly, because God had no need for apostles. Everything God did under the Old Covenant was about building the first stable nation under Him. Israel was God’s prototype for a blessed nation. Everything God is doing in the New Covenant is about exporting that blessing to all other nations who would receive Him and His ways. The chief export of the New Testament church is reformation
Reformation is the restorative transformation that takes place when the kingdom of God influences every sector of society. It is the byproduct not of revival, but of discipleship—of teaching God’s ways so that you get God’s results. This is called training in righteousness. The church cannot produce reformation while holding to our current value system. We have adopted the value system of the evangelist. The evangelist values souls. It is this value that has informed Christian movies, books, art, and contemporary music over the last several decades. The evangelist values the soul of the individual. The apostle values the soul of the nation.
The reformation of nations is apostolic and can only be led by apostles. Each gift has its own lens, and each lens determines its own priorities, but only an apostle’s chief priority can get us there. Jesus’ value system was articulated in the message He preached: “Repent [change the way you think] for the kingdom of God is at hand” (see Mark 15:15). In other words, Jesus wasn’t just concerned with souls, He was concerned with the kingdom.
THE BUSINESS OF NATION BUILDING
To produce reformation in society, we must change the priorities of our work and adopt the overarching apostolic value system, which includes the soul of the individual in part without seeing it as the whole. We need an apostolic theology and approach if we are to create reformation, because the apostle’s role is to make earth look like heaven. That is Phase Two.
Reformation cannot be attained by charismatic means alone. It will take more than spiritual gifts, repentance, and power evangelism to change a city or nation. A city, much like a child, always eventually defaults to its training. The saving of souls is a part of the kingdom, but anything less than the kingdom is a partial Gospel. The faith we now call Christianity was used to build nations, but now it has been reduced to a mere shell of its former self. It’s time for an apostolic movement that isn’t centered around church services, but nations.
The church is in the business of nation-building. Revival can create breakthrough for reformation, but revival alone cannot sustain God’s blessing on a nation. Revival can help spark reformation, but without the work of reformation that flame will soon fizzle out. The work of reformation provides the infrastructure for creating sustainable nations.
Jesus took the Gospel to the poor, but we will take it to kings. Jesus was sent only to Israel, but we have been sent to the world. Jesus came to make disciples of people, but we are called to make disciples of nations.
