Also I have included below links to Chris Reed’s weekend sessions at Shekinah Worship Center, a mature, Holy Spirit led apostolic church that has operated in the prophetic for two decades plus. True proven prophets have spoken into this church over these decades creating an environment where prophets release high level prophetic teachings and words. Chris Reed’s teachings this past weekend solidly grounded in scripture will take you into a places of higher and deeper understanding of the Lord’s word: the seal of love on your heart, bridegroom, the reuniting of Abraham’s family (Jew, Christian, Muslim), the mystery and miracle of the middle east and healing anointing. Much meat, pondering, study and testing of new revelation. Scroll down for links. Christ in you the hope of glory.
Love & Light, Janet

Placing a Shield of Protection over our cities, towns, CT
Cindy Jacobs, Reformation Network
So, adding to our prayer for the campuses, let’s pray for God’s hand of protection over our cities this week, November 18 through November 24th. Be aware of the Lord’s Presence everywhere you go. In America, it is our Thanksgiving holiday, and many will be traveling, and visiting family and friends. Stay in an attitude of protective prayer as you move from place to place.
How to pray:
- Consider fasting in some way.
- Prepare yourself in a time of personal prayer and consecration. Worship Him. Ask Him if there is any unconfessed sin in your life. Ask Him to show you where you may have anger against another person, or prejudices against people groups in your city. Ask Jesus to give you a great love for others, even as He loves them. That’s the position you will want to pray from.
- Keep Psalm 127:1b in mind as you pray this week, “Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchmen stays awake in vain.” Acknowledge God’s care and concern over your city and every person, saved or unsaved, in it. Ask God to show you how to watch over your city with Him. Ask Him to show you what you need to see to pray more on target.
- Take a walk around your neighborhood. Pray over each home you walk by. Ask God to bless the families and individuals that live there. Pray for protection over each household and ask God to save anyone residing there who may not yet know Him. Pray Psalm 91, a psalm of protection, over your neighborhood because you live there: “He who lives in the safe place of the Most High will be in the shadow of the All-powerful. I will say to the Lord, ‘You are my safe and strong place, my God, in Whom I trust.’ For it is He Who takes you away from the trap, and from the killing sickness. He will cover you with His wings. And under His wings you will be safe. He is faithful like a safe-covering and a strong wall. You will not be afraid of trouble at night, or of the arrow that flies by day. You will not be afraid of the sickness that walks in darkness, or of the trouble that destroys at noon. A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand. But it will not come near you. You will only look on with your eyes, and see how the sinful are punished. Because you have made the Lord your safe place, and the Most High the place where you live, nothing will hurt you. No trouble will come near your tent. For He will tell His angels to care for you and keep you in all your ways. They will hold you up in their hands. So your foot will not hit against a stone. You will walk upon the lion and the snake. You will crush under your feet the young lion and the snake. Because he has loved Me, I will bring him out of trouble. I will set him in a safe place on high, because he has known My name. He will call upon Me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will take him out of trouble and honor him. I will please him with a long life. And I will show him My saving power. (NLT)
- Pay close attention to the condition of the homes. Ask the Lord to meet the deepest needs of the residents. Pray over emotional needs, abuse, and pray that any dark activities come into the light immediately! Stress, especially financial stress, relational conflict, religious beliefs, and occult practices can all be triggers for violence. Jesus is the Prince of Peace. Pray for peace over each one. Declare a modified form of Psalm 34:14 where you feel darkness, “Turn from evil and do good; seek peace in Jesus and pursue Him!”
- Prayer drive your city. Pray over churches, schools, businesses, malls, parks, and other places where people congregate. Decree a combination of 2 Thess. 3:3 and 2 Samuel 22:3-4 over your city, “The Lord is faithful! He will establish you (name your city) and guard you against the evil one! For He is our God, our Rock, in whom we take refuge, our shield, and the horn of salvation, our stronghold and our refuge, our savior.” Now, address the Lord, “You save us from violence, God Most High. We call upon You, Lord, for You are worthy to be acknowledged and praised. You will save us from our enemies!”
- As you are walking or driving around your city, look for places that are strongholds of sin, iniquity, idolatry, false religions, and historical violence. You may feel led by the Lord to address those areas. Identificationally repent as Daniel did in the Bible. He saw that the sin in Jerusalem brought the judgment of God on their city. Even though he had not personally sinned, he repented as if he had. So, you can repent of the sin in your city and ask God to forgive those in the city acting in sinful ways. You can ask God to forgive the city’s leaders for allowing the sinful practices to remain. Then, thank God for hearing your prayers and turning back any judgment the city deserves.
- Finish your week of prayer for protection by taking communion. Worship and thank the Lord for angelic assistance in rooting out evil and establishing His peace in your community.
