Kingdom Watchmen actually sent a blog out Oct 6th about this word from Dutch Sheets Give Him 15. https://www.kingdomwatchmen.org/7660-2. The prophecy is another piece of the puzzle linked into the several revival glory fire prophetic dreams, visions, angelic encounters I and several of you have seen and experienced that is coming here in CT, NE, NYC. And we have been praying into this 95 corridor revival fire, awakening and harvest (the Glory Train and Prophesy Revival Mantle) for 20 plus years now. This word is so encouraging. The time is now. And this coincides with the HAPN Ekklesia in Georgia in Sept, Jon & Jolene, Lamplighter’s Glory Train evening with us as they traveled up through the 13 original colonies in Sept. The Lord performs His Word. We pray it in until it manifests. The Spirit and Bride say Come, Lord Jesus.

Fires of Awakening Coming to the East Coast
Florida continues to “pop up” on my radar. Actually, this word/dream I’m about to share with you begins in Florida but includes the entire East Coast, all the way up I-95 to Maine. In light of the devastating hurricane that decimated so much of Florida, I know this word will be an encouragement to many. It was given to Miriam Evans. She and her husband, Tommy, are two of many prophetic revivalists God is raising up in this hour. Miriam says:
Miriam’s Dream/Word: “In 2018, while ministering in Miami, Florida, I had a disturbing conversation with a pastor. He had been told by an influential Christian leader that Miami was considered a ‘pastor’s graveyard,’ due to the lack of spiritual hunger and zeal on the East Coast.
“Processing this statement later that night, I could not accept it; I felt it was a false prophetic word. ‘Holy Spirit, show me what Jesus paid for in that region,’ I prayed. He responded by giving me a dream – that very night!
“In the dream, I was at a beach in Miami. A large foot and leg appeared, touching the shore of Florida. This being was so large I could only see his foot and leg; the rest of his body was above the clouds. I heard the Holy Spirit say, ‘This is the Angel of Awakening.’ I immediately remembered the passage in Zechariah 4 where an angel ‘awakened [Zechariah] like a man who is awakened out of his sleep,’ (verse 1). The angel then delivered to Zechariah a message about God reviving the nation of Israel.
“As the angel stepped on the shores of Florida, a fire ignited and immediately ran up the eastern corridor of America, from Miami to Maine. I then heard the Holy Spirit say, ‘This land [the East Coast] will be known as the “Land of The Rising SON.”’
“I woke up knowing that Jesus paid for this nation to be revived, and HE had the final word over the East Coast, as well as our entire nation. Then I heard the Holy Spirit speak Malachi 4:2, ‘But for you who fear My name, the Son of Righteousness will rise with healing in His wings. And you will go free, leaping with joy like calves let out to pasture.’
“I have held that word in my heart since 2018. In May of this year, I began asking God where we should partner with Him to see revival in America. In response, I kept seeing a mental picture of an I-95 sign. Since I live in Dallas, Texas, and we do not have that interstate here, I was unfamiliar with its location. So, I did what any spiritual person would do and Googled, ‘Where is I-95?’
To my surprise, I saw that Interstate 95 runs from Miami, Florida, to Maine. I then heard the Lord say, ‘Now is the time for the fulfillment of the vision I gave you in 2018. The work begins now.’
“Since that time, my husband and I, along with Larry Sparks, have made an intentional effort to advance the Kingdom and contend for revival along the I-95 corridor. We have discovered that along the East Coast, a supernatural hunger has been released, and grace for revival has been imparted. This hunger is one of the signs that a mighty awakening is imminent.
“The Holy Spirit is preparing the church for greater glory, through which the manifest presence of God will be seen and felt in this region and across our nation. This tsunami wave of glory will usher in miracles, signs and wonders. The ‘greater works’ Jesus spoke of in John 14:12 will be seen. These miracles will be a ‘sickle’ used to gather a harvest for King Jesus. This wave is rising. NOW is the time to prepare, act, and gather – for the harvest is here!”

Big GOD news!!
In 2018, Miriam Evans has a prophetic dream about an angle stepping on the beach in Miami and an Awakening Fire going up the coast from Miami to Maine. In May of this year, she kept seeing a vision of an I-95 sign and since she lives in TX , she did not know where that was. Once she looked it up, she realized it was the road from Miami to Maine and heard the Lord say, “now is the time for the fulfillment of the vision.”
In October, God spoke to Keena Cowsert of PrayerLink, to drive this route as a prophetic act of this dream. PrayerLink has been connecting intercessors across FL since January with 800+ currently. Linda Milligan will be joining her on this assignment of the Lord starting on December 4th.
We will meet ministries/pastors/apostles/prophets in these 15 states to take part. There will be scheduling meeting times to come into agreement with Awakening Fire up I-95 from Miami to Maine. A baton will be given and a declaration signed by each state. God is up to something and we are believing He is going to take His revival fire, from His glory, up the coast resulting in salvations and miracles.

It’s TIME... God has a work to do on I-95 up the Eastern Seaboard and we get to be a part of His plans and purposes. It is my honor to work with each of you who have come alongside this assignment representing your state. I am meeting the most amazing people on this journey! I have enjoyed our conversations and look forward to meeting with you face-to-face.
Here are a few items to keep me focused on what God has said in the process as we unite for His kingdom.
- If there is someone who knows the prophetic history of your state, we would love for that person to take 5 minutes to share that info at the beginning. (Audrey McIntyre and Janet will share prophetic history of our state)
- We have a declaration for each state to read with FL. They are in the order we move up I-95. Please pull out your own state’s declaration and print or email it to those in your state. (see 15 State Declaration I95.doc) CT declaration below
- We will be passing an Awakening Baton to those who come representing a particular group. I am planning 2 per state unless you contact me that you need more than 2. Please let me know by Friday, Dec. 2 if you need more. (These batons are approx. $5 each so we want to give them to those who are leaders or representatives, but cannot give one to everyone who comes.)
- We want to close the time together in communion as a covenant before God. Please bring communion elements for those who will be attending.
- We will do either FaceBook or YouTube Live for each gathering so others can read the declarations with us and even take communion. Please communicate this across your state.

Each location is a bit different. Some locations we are in churches, while others are outside. Some stops will be 30 minutes long and others may be 1-1/2 hours. The items above can be done in 30 minutes, but if you are one of the locations we have extended time with, listen to Holy Spirit about what He wants to do in that time. A few locations will have music and two are lighting candles. Just touch base with me so we can talk through what God is wanting to do. We want to stay focused on what God has said concerning this assignment and we also want to be aware when Holy Spirit is speaking.
We are so excited to unite with each of you and with each state for this assignment of the Lord. May God bless each of you and we covet your prayers as we leave our homes on Saturday morning to begin this journey.

Connecticut’s Declaration of the Ekklesia Awakening Fire on I-95
Today, Thursday, December 8, 2022, the states of Florida and Connecticut stand in unity and agreement to declare Your Word, over the East coast of the United States. Lord, the word You gave Your prophet showed the Angel of Awakening stepping on the shore of Florida, and when he did, a fire ignited and ran up the eastern corridor of America from Miami to Maine!
We believe Your word and we release this word over Your people and over our nation. We release a flow of Your power that will awaken and commission Your called-out ones, Your for such-a-time-as-this ones. This is not awakening them from sleep but awakening that which I have placed in them! You said You will now breathe on and activate the seeds of purpose You have sown into this called-out company. They will rise, and You will send them out with power and strategy to fulfill Your plans and Your purposes for America!
We proclaim a supernatural hunger has been released and that grace for the harvest has been imparted. Holy Spirit is preparing the Ekklesia for greater glory, and the manifest presence of God will be seen and felt all along the I-95 corridor and all across our nation. A tsunami wave of Your glory will usher in a harvest through miracles, signs and wonders and the greater works of John 14:12 will be seen. These miracles will be the sickle used to gather a harvest for King Jesus!
We declare that WE are the embers to begin the fire in our state. We ask Holy Spirit to fan these embers into raging hot fires to burn with His glory and presence. As did Esther, we from Florida and Connecticut write this decree and seal it with our King’s signet ring, which is the blood of our savior, Jesus, which no one can revoke. We proclaim and declare this, Your word, over Your people and over our nation, in Yeshua’s name. Amen and so be it!
We decree Zechariah 4: 4, 6-7… And the angel who talked with me came again and awakened me, like a man who is wakened out of his sleep. Then he said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel saying, “Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit”, says the Lord of hosts. What are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become a plain; and he will bring forth the top stone with shouts of; “Grace, grace to it!”
