STRATEGIC PRAYER INITIATIVE  |  AUGUST 12 – 22, 2018

HISTORY
Almost 2 years ago, January 2016, Leslie Weber, our KGKW city/town historian and strategist, mentioned that she was ready for another project.  In the mid 2000’s Leslie and I met weekly communing with the Lord, interceded, researched, strategized, prayed through identificational repentance, staked boundaries and declared the redemptive purposes and prophecies over and through New London, CT.  This was done in obedience to prophesy, seer revelation and watchmen prophetic words we and others at Living Waters (James Levesque) received from the Lord. And we staked the boundaries.  And subsequently we, KW, have have mulitipled and expanded with hapn national strategic initiatives, prophesies, angelic encounters for revival, awakening and harvest  over the years. Leslie had just completed another assignment for Noank that Lord had told her to come alongside, teach and encourage a prayer group that was hungry and full of zeal to see and do this strategic prayer work to establish the Lord’s purpose and destiny for this beautiful, hidden harbor.

So, I let Leslie know what the Lord had been showing me and a couple of other watchmen for CT. It was an assignment from the Lord for CT to come into the revival, awakening and harvest that is CT’s destiny and inheritance.  Chuck Pierce, Larry Randolf, Jeff Jansen, James Levesque, myself, other watchmen and NE saints have seen in part.  Leslie jumped right into it and I have been trying to catch up ever since.

OBEDIENCE TO PROPHECY GIVEN BY THE LORD TO CORNELIA (JANET)
Cornelia is the name change that the Lord gave to me in a dream.  I had an encounter with and engaged with a dream prophet, his angel and another angel/angel of the Lord Jesus in a heavenly misty glory place with a living waters river.  The dream prophet gave me instruction on interpreting, understanding and communication of dreams and the prophet gave me a new name  – CORNELIA.  Cornelia means like a horn, trumpet, be the Lord’s Voice, a prophet trumpets His Word, His heart. Watchman prophets trumpet the Lord’s heart, His promises, warnings and restoration. It also means sun beam, praise…beaming His laser light from His Son.

As most of you know I have had many prophetic dream encounters that promise revival, awakening and harvest in CT, NYC, NE.  The following dream really propelled me into this initiative.  It confirmed by the parable that revival, awakening and harvest lives in ground, in the foundations of the deep here in the glacier aquifers. Geologist have even seen a huge red lava molting mass under the earth in NE recently.  The seeds of the prayers of  revivalists, the revolutionary soldiers, the cloud of witnesses and angelic hosts who gave their all for freedom of religion over these 242 years have been scattered, multiplied and expanded.  The seeds are shoots rising up.  Prophesy to the bones!

“Yet all these, though they were commended for their faith, did not receive what was promised, since God had provided something better so that they would not, apart from us, be made perfect.” Heb 11:39. Therefore since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight …..and run with perserverance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus the pioneer and perfecter of our faith, who for the sake of the joy that was set before him endured the cross, disregarding its shame, and has taken his seat at the right hand of the throne of God. Dream Impartation & Vision Encounter: Revival Prophetic Mantle
Date:  Sat am, Jan 24, 2015
Summary:  I am suddenly being taken up in a whirlwind in the heavens.  A fire red, orange, gold mantle is being put around me. I see and hear the inner audible voice of the Lord say  it is a prophecy revival mantle. Under it were two other mantles; one was white representing purity, the bride and the other was light brown, humility. Two angels beckon me.  I follow them to a door. As I entered the door, I was immediately catapulted into another dimension of a panoramic vision within the dream.  What followed was a parable of various war ships down through colonial history in heaven. They were blueprints, ship designs of what would be. Then the same ships materialized, manifested as the same war ships on the water of the river.  Heaven to earth. Blueprint, design to the building of the war ships in reality on the water. This was a parable.  As CT historically has designed and built ships from the whaling industry to the frigates used in the Revolutionary War to steamboats to the current nuclear submarines, so Revival, Awakening and Harvest is also one of Connecticut’s historical destinies and inheritance.  Revival and awakening is a blueprint in heaven over this state and area.  It is also in CT’s history, destiny and inheritance to manifest and bring forth Revival, Awakening and Harvest.  The whole dream encounter and dream interpretation notes is below under Appendix 1.

RESEARCH
Within 5 or 6 months Leslie had completed exhaustive research on the First Great Awakening which impacted almost all of CT.  It also impacted all those colonists who formed militia’s, like the Minute Men, that the Lord raised up to fight for the precious freedom of religion that they came to this country for.  The Revival, Awakening reignited their love and allegiance to the Lord, God Almighty.  The Lord gave them strength, courage and cause to fight.  They gave all – lands, home, finances, resources, blood – to come out from under the oppressive regime, the Roman law (not God’s law) of divine rights of kings.   The American Revolution was won by God believing and God-fearing men, women and children. Meantime Vinnie Carbone, a teacher, researcher and revivalist became involved with us in this initiative.

We received books, scrolls, verdicts and prophesies from the past for Revival, Awakening and Harvest for CT. These verdicts, books/scrolls, prophecies are all written out below for each team to declare and prophesy at the various assigned historical revival, awakening, harvest sites.

Repentance Revoke
We sought the Lord, researched and dealt with all the areas where the devil, the enemy had a legal right to withhold revival, awakening and harvest from New England. There has been prophesy for years that New England would come into revival and awakening. We confessed, repented and revoked the enemies legal rights down through the history of revivals and awakenings here in New England and why they stopped or faded out within a few years.  We renounced and cleansed the generational bloodline issues of everything that stopped and/or closed off revival, awakening and harvest in the past right up to the now. We dealt with all the details of sins, iniquity, broken contracts, idolatry, illegally spilled blood and robbing God. (Note: There are 4 pages of books/scrolls, prophesy, verdicts, promises for the future of CT & NE. The sins, transgressions and iniquities we dealt with were multiple pages more.  If typed out would be 4,5 plus pages.) We also submitted into the court as evidence all the HAPN, RPN strategic prayer initiatives to over 1000 sites over the years, all the prayers of all the saints from the beginning of the colonies, plus any of the Godly Native Americans prayers and all the prayers of the cloud of witnesses, all the worship and angelic assistance. This court session was in session for four and one-half hours. The presence of the Lord and an open revelatory realm was with us through the whole session. We had a group of 12 all of whom are seers and a couple who lead apostolically.  Cloud of witnesses and angelic very evident. We believe that through the repentance, the blood of the Lamb and the Word of His testimony the enemies legal right has been revoked and that the Lord now has the legal right to manifest and bring forth a sustained revival, awakening and harvest.  We have been seeing and continue to see the Lord perform His Word. He is shaking everything that can be shaken, so that the Lord can now bring reformation and restoration to all that the enemy has stolen here in CT and NE.  The one consistent major reason for discontinuance of sustained revival is that the apostolic had/has not been restored to the church, particularly here in New England.  The fire, power and authority of God that comes forth in revival and awakening dissipates as there is no apostolic divine order to steward these mighty moves of the Lord.  As the saying goes, man gets his hands on it and tries to control it rather than wisely stewarding the freedom that comes with the Holy Spirit.  The true apostolic establishes divine order where the prophetic and mighty move of the Holy Spirit is free to flow. There has not been the foundation of the true Apostles and Prophets working together with Jesus Christ as the cornerstone.  That apostolic prophetic divine order is invisible.  It is discernible when it is present and very evident when it is not present.  Example of highway.  95. Instructions

One or two sites have been assigned to each team where revival, awakening and harvest has happened in either or both the First and Second Great Awakenings.  There are oodles more churches involved than we are able to cover.  We used the assigned site to also lift up all the churches, land and towns in CT and NE where revival as been.  Plus lift up all churches, land and towns/cities in CT.  These promises are for the whole state and beyond.  The general prayer order is cleansing prayer, protection prayer, worship, communion if you wish (also pour wine/grape juice and bread on land).  Be in the Spirit seated with Jesus in heavenly places. Decree, declare and prophesy the verdicts, prophesies, CT book/scrolls below. (Make copies of the prayer points for all the team). Remember we have done the repentance for all the whole state and NE as it pertains to revival, awakening, harvest. Then take the time to wait on the Lord, listen and watch.  Follow the lead of the Spirit.  Close with prayer.  Please make notes and send to me anything you see, and the date and time that you go on site.  We have a team of intercessors who are keeping this assignment and all who are involved in prayer.  Have fun. This is a good good prayer initiative.  May you all be blessed with the mighty winds, fire, angelic and glory of revival. I cannot wait to hear your testimonies.  Thank you all for your faithfulness over the years.

Timing:  We are hoping to have the site prayer with the teams completed by Aug 23.  This gives us a 10 days.

DECREE, DECLARE, PROPHESY
Declarations, Decrees, Prophesy Revival, Awakening & Harvest in CT in accordance with Book, Scrolls, Prophesy, Verdicts from the Courts of Heaven

  • CT flag & motto – Decree He who transplants still sustains. Declare the new wine of Is 55:8. Juice is still found in the cluster of grapes (new wine) and men say do not destroy it there is still some good in it.  So, will I do in behalf of my servants.  I will not destroy them all.
  • Transformation – Ro 12:2 Be transformed by the renewing of your mind & 2 (Cor 3:18) into His likeness
  • The CT constitution (first in USA as the Fundamental Orders of CT) , the law – Kingdom Government/Gov of God. Romans 8:2 “ the liberating force of Life in Christ”.  Rev 11:15 “The kingdoms of this world shall become the Kingdom of the Lord and his Christ and he will reign forever and ever.
  • Call forth the Glory Tree, the Tree of Life. Pro 10:15. Words of healing are the fruit of the Word of Life.
  • Call forth Oaks of Righteousness. Romans 10:4 Declare that Christ is the end of the law, so there, may be righteousness for everyone who believes
  • Release Breaker Revival Angel and the Lord of Hosts to fulfill their God given assignments for CT.
  • Decree the “Apostolic Explosion” to manifest here in CT. Declare Jesus Christ as cornerstone and the Apostles and Prophets as the foundation of the Lord’s Government in the churches.
  • Declare the prophecy revival mantle to fall on the Lord’s ecclesia, saints and all people in the land. Call forth the mantles of holiness and humility as the prophecy revival mantle is falling on those who carry holiness and humility. We call it forth from the foundations of the deep in this land of historical revival. 1 Peter 5:5 Declare grace to the humble. And James declare good life with deeds done in humbly that comes from wisdom
  • Call forth and declare the activation of the eagles – the white mature eagle of revelation, “eyes to see, ears to hear “the prophets, seers and watchmen. Col 3:10 we stand fully identified in the new creation, renewed in knowledge, according the pattern of the exact image of our creator. And Lord teach the baby eagles to soar in the heavenly places.
  • Declare multiplication and acceleration of time. Redeem the time, Lord.
  • Call for maturity Heb 6;1. Let us leave the elementary teachings of Christ and go on to maturity.
  • Declare Righteousness Gal 3:11 because the righteous will live by faith.
  • Decree an understanding of our Jewish roots. Call forth the one new man. Nothing resembles your previous identity as Jew or Gentile, bond or free, male or female, now you are all defined in oneness with Christ.
  • Activate the fishing nets over CT, particularly New London.
  • Call forth the street priests, prophetic evangelism and the harvest – Matt 13:47 the kingdom of heaven is like a net that was let down into the lake and caught all kinds of fish.  “Look at the street sign, it says state pier. As New London goes so goes the state. Get your waders on!” (Note: many have seen this, and Chuck Pierce prophesied in Boston in Jan 2018 that CT would have a huge, huge harvest.)
  • Raise up the army with the discipline and unity of the Lord to be His Voice in this land. Elijah 37:4,5 Prophesy to these bones and say to them, oh you dry bones hear the word of the Lord. Behold I will cause breathe and spirit to enter you and you shall live. Col 3:14 Over all these virtues put on Love which binds them together in perfect unity.
  • Call forth the War Cry from the womb of God to resound and form the army of the Lord. Lend the land to Israel, make reasonable requests unto her, through the portals of my mother (church) enter God’s army. (audible prophetic word.  “We do not wage war as the world does. “2 Cor : 23   With justice He judges and makes war.  Rev 19:11.
  • Decree the Fear of the Lord to fall on His people, the church and all people.
  • Activate Revival, Awakening & Restoration. Bring Holy shock to apathy and carelessness. Isaiah 64:1 Oh, that You would tear open the heavens and come down, that the mountains might quake at Your Presence. As sure as Fire kindles the brushwood, as fire causes water to boil – To make Your Name known to Your adversaries, that the nations, CT, may tremble at your Presence”. Thank you for the seal of the Lord in the promises and scrolls for a great end time awakening in CT that spreads across NE and the rest of the country.
  • Lord complete the reconciliation of the native American tribes here in CT and NE. 2 Cor 5:18 All this is from God who reconciles us to Christ and gave us the m ministry of reconciliation.
  • Prophesy the Elijah Revolution promise coming as a result of a new covenant with the Native Americans and the immigrants ‘as one’. (dream encounter and promise)
  • Repent, the Kingdom is at hand!
  • Call forth the midwives, the intercessors, prayer warriors, the priests and kings to nurture the revival baby. It has been birthed over and over.  Repent for not nurturing this revival baby that the Lord longs to give us.
  • Prophesy the preaching of the four gospels like cannon balls of
    Fire with the demonstration of power and authority that pierces all inhabitants, invading the atmosphere, town squares, churches of Ct and NE
  • Declare His end time third Reformation REVELATION Church to come forth. Say and do what Jesus is doing in heaven.
  • Come into agreement with the prayers of the cloud of witnesses – revolutionary soldiers, colonists, preachers, revivalists who gave their all-in times past for the Kingdom Revolution to come into fullness to reform and restore this nation to her righteous godly roots and covenants.
  •   We decree and declare the waters from the foundations of the deep in CT and NE are loosed, breaking forth and rising up; that the revival awakening fire trapped in the land and artesian wells is loosed. (vision, Chuck Pierce word(s))
  • We decree and declare the Glory Train, the thick huge white Glory cloud is roaring down the 95-corridor highway, railroad tracks and coastline from Boston into and through RI, CT, NY, NYC. (watchmen dream encounter)
  • We decree and declare the Acts 2 mighty rushing wind of the Spirit accompanies the Glory Cloud Train down the 95-corridor opening the heavens over the area, creating and establishing the Lord’s heavenly highway of holiness. (dream)
  • We decree and declare the harvest in the fields along the 95 corridor train tracks is ripe and ready for harvest; we call forth the harvesting angels and the huge harvest. (dream encounter, Chuck Feb 2018 word for CT)
  • We decree and declare the Kingdom Revolution, a parable of the American Revolution, is loosed and is bursting forth in CT and New England. The Kingdom Army is forming. Righteous roots of this land are being restored to God’s Government. (series of dreams including eternal Mayflower in heaven)

  • We decree and declare that Breaker Revival Angel and his company of angels that have already been released are now activated. (visitation, commission, release.
  • We decree and declare the “apostolic explosion” is establishing centers and fiery outposts (visitations, dream encounters & Chuck Pierce’s word for CT, 2009)
  • We decree and declare that the heavenly blueprint of the highway of holiness over Rt 95 and RR tracks is manifesting, and the Lord’s blueprint is being established on the 95 corridor from Boston to NYC.
  • We call forth the sons of God and Bride of Christ.  We declare these sons are the true apostles who will sustain revival and awakening. We decree that they will disciple the harvest to be Jesus Christ in this land. We declare that these mature sons, huios, understand and will build that divine unity and new wine skin by, in and through the Spirit that is able to sustain the fire, power and glory of revival and awakening.

APPENDIX 1

Dream Impartation & Vision Encounter: revival prophetic mantle, Thames River, New London/GrotonDate:  Sat am, Jan 24, 2015

I am in a place, in a whirlwind.  Then I am feeling mantles being placed around me. Then, I am looking down from above and am seeing this mantle being put over two other mantles that are on me.  This outside one I am seeing is a whirlwind swirling broad mantle of big wide billowing moving streams of the multicolored lights of white gold yellow orange flaming red colors moving around me from my shoulder on an angle down to my hips.  The swirling motion was what kept the steaming lights together as a mantle. It was like a fat wide streaming lights living hula hoop.  I saw and heard the Lord’s inner audible voice say this was a revival prophecy mantle.  Under it were two other mantles; one was white representing purity, the bride and the other was light brown, humility.  Then I was beckoned by an angel, a young man, and another young man to go to this other room. I follow him to this door.  As I entered and went through the door I was immediately catapulted into another dimension.  It was a panoramic vision within the dream.  I was standing at the edge of the water. I walk out in shallow water ankle deep. I continued to walk; I felt compelled to walk hastily. I realize that I am walking out on a spit/point of land, like on a sandbar in large body of water, like in a harbor, bay or mouth of a river.  The water continued to be ankle deep.  I came to a place where I knew in the Spirit that the water was about to drop off and become much deeper.  It is like coming to the end of a sandbar. At this point I stop walking and look up to my right.  In the sky above me I see a grey blimp, WWI blimp.  Hanging from the underside of the blimp are these black steel thin strong round about 8’ to 10’ legs.  Probes? There were several of them hanging down slanted outward from the underside of the blimp.  About 6,7 or 8 of them.  Then I look again slightly to the left of the blimp and I see a modern-day helicopter, more like a black hawk type helicopter, not the smaller, sleeker helicopters.  Again, I see several of these black steel slanted outward legs.  Now I look and scan the sky to my right.  Up in the sky I see this clipper ship, all red including red sails; this also had the several black slanted long thin steel legs hanging from the bottom of the clipper ship.  I look to the right of this clipper ship and see a modern navy battle ship.  It could have been a submarine.  It too had the several black legs hanging from the bottom of it.  However, I did not look at this ship in more detail as my eyes were returning to the red clipper ship.  As I looked back I now saw that the clipper ship was no longer up in the air in the heavenlies.  It was now sitting in the water.  I knew that the several black steel legs somehow empowered the blimp, helicopter, clipper ship and modern navy vessel to maneuver up and down so they could function in both the water and in the air.  Then my gaze moves outward behind the red clipper ship over a larger body of water, like a harbor, mouth of a river, bay.  I was looking toward the east, I knew that.  I knew and/or saw that the ocean or sound was to my right/south.  I saw the shore and the outline of a city/town across the body of water.  I saw one larger building, more like an office building in the foreground.  To the right of that I saw some oil/gas cylinder containers that you see in harbors along the southern shoreline of New England.  Beyond that the shoreline broadened out into a larger body of water, like LI Sound.  I was looking at the shoreline and skyline of a city/town from this place like a sandbar in the mouth of the river/harbor.  I woke up amazed.

Interpretation Notes:

On waking I pondered this revival prophetic mantle impartation and the mantles under this one.  I knew the white one under this outer swirling prophetic whirlwind was holiness, purity. The Bride. The other mantle was a light brown.  It was a mantle of humility. Then I pondered the ships and planes.  They represented war.  Blimp is WWI.  Helicopters/blackhawks are current military equipment.  The ships also represented also war. WWII.  The British Navy attacked the 13 original colonies in the War of 1850 and the American Revolution. Both the US and British used frigate warships in the War of 1812 right here in along the eastern and southern coastline of the 13 original colonies.  Both the CT River and the Thames River had battles.  American Frigate & Clipper ships were known as greyhounds of the sea.  So this vision is representing three wars that America was in. The War of 1812, WWI and the WWII.  The blimps were used to watch and protect the Atlantic shoreline of the USA in WWII also.  Clipper warships also protected the Atlantic coast shorelines. Pirate ships were sanctioned during the War of 1812 to battle and plunder the attacking British clipper ships.  During WWII the shorelines from Maine to FL were patrolled by citizens the towns and cities on the shorelines.  Then my attention went to the shoreline and skyline of the city.  I went in the spirit to the NJ border of the Hudson River facing east toward NYC.  I knew it could not be NYC as there were too few tall buildings in the skyline I saw. Same from the East River facing East over to Brooklyn and Queens.  Not enough tall buildings and the harbor/river mouths were too narrow.  It could be Bridgeport, New Haven, New London.  But neither Bridgeport or New Haven or Providence had that kind of a broad mouth river that made such a big harbor.  Most likely New London looking over to Groton. Plus, Groton houses sub base and Coast Guard.  They have helicopters there, plus subs, plus the Coast Guard even has an old clipper ship.  Well I will have to drive up and take a look.  The city/town where I am standing in the water before being caught up in the whirlwind and receiving this revival prophetic mantle would represent the location.  I am looking across at another city/town. So there is a war element to the revival. Just prior to the Revolutionary War there was revival that brought a boldness to the colonies.  This dream with the boats is like another parable similar to the American Revolution dreams and supernatural encounters.

Friday, February 06, 2015:   Drive up to New London. Finally found the spot where I was able to look across the river and see the office building in the foreground and to the right of that along the shore/sky line I could see the white cylinder gas/oil storage tanks.  OK here we go again.  Revival in New London and the CT Shoreline.  

Perhaps again revival and is being revealed prior to and/or alongside a war, like the Revolutionary War, like the War of 1812 and like WWII.

I spoke to a friend who is a retired Chief on submarines, did a stint Iraq where they used similar guns and who is now working at in the defense industry.  He is an amazing historian on all things that has to do with war, history, strategy, etc.  The Holy Spirit nudged me to talk to him about this dream as he may have some insight as the ships were war ships.  He immediately knew and said: “All these war ships and helicopter, blimp were designed and built in CT !!!     They are products of CT.  My spirit lept within me.  I knew that was it.  It was the parable.  REVIVAL | AWAKENING is a product of CT from the First Great Awakening. Revivalists like Jonathan Edwards, George Whitfield, Wesley.  This whole area at the mouth of the CT River from Old Saybrook, Old Lyme, up to the mouth of the Thames River, New London were all on fire with revival in the First Great Awakening.  It is our inheritance, our destiny.  The seeds are in the ground, in the land.  All up the banks of the CT River, the Thames river.  There was a huge battle between the New Light churches and the old light churches.  Man shut down the Spirit.  There has been much repentance here for shutting down the Spirit. The frigate and clipper ships were designed and built in Essex.  In this coming revival and awakening, prophecy will be added to the supernatural conviction, repentance and deliverance of sin.  It is a prophecy revival mantle.

Do you see it.  Just as the war ships were designed and built in CT, so was revival and awakening, the first great awakening.  It is in the history of CT.  It is our inheritance and destiny.  The war ships were blueprints in heaven.  Ship designers saw from the Creative Spirit of God the design for these ships in heaven.  Revival was a blueprint from Creator God that the revivalist of CT saw and carried.  It was a blueprint in heaven, a design, a blueprint first.  Then it became manifest here on earth. Just like Moses’ tabernacle.  The war ships and revival manifested here on earth in CT.  CT was known as a resource state during the American Revolution and it still is a resource state.  It is in the land.  It is the DNA of CT.  The prophecy revival mantle is hovering over this area. Waiting for YOU to get it and push it into earth.  Prophesy it!  It is waiting for us to manifest revival.
