CT-NY Border Prayer Assignment: Prayer Guidelines and Prayers

CT NY Border Prayer Assignment
Sat, Feb 23 – Thurs, Feb 28, 2019

 

Bring with you:  communion, blue tooth speaker, phone for worship, notes, Bible.
Park near border: Find reasonable place to pray either outside car or in car. Try to find a place where you are not calling attention to yourself and are free to worship, weep, travail, sing, declare.

This is a sample prayer guideline for this assignment. Be sure to be led by the Spirit.  BUT STICK TO THE ASSIGNMENT. DO NOT TAKE ON ANYTHING THAT IS NOT PERTINENT TO THE ASSIGNMENT.

Purpose:  To be obedient to Chuck’s Word, “that God will begin to awaken and open up a song in them (NY) of Life, and not Death.  They’ve embraced death and they’ve embraced the concept of taking away their future.  Let’s ask the Lord to awaken them to Life,… let’s ask the Lord to send the song of Life “Connecticut you need to go to your border and say “this thing (death) is going to be blocked…, cover and silence the blood that is talking and demanding more innocent blood with the blood of Jesus Christ.  The blood of Christ silences the illegally spilled blood.  Additionally to push through the enemy at this gate that is holding the destiny and inheritance of CT captive. We know that the destiny and inheritance of CT is LIFE, the LIFE of Father, Son, Holy Spirit, Revival/Awakening, the Constitution State- God’s Law/Gov of God,  (CT had the first constitution), Resource state (military defense), trade route and ports/commerce.  Motto: “He who transplanted still sustains”. We, CT, too need to restore a culture of life and defeat and overcome the culture of death.

Leader:  A leader leads. Set ground rules.  That you are the leader for this assignment.  Divine Order is necessary for unity.  Your team is to be operating in the court/throne room/high heaven.  Let the Spirit lead.  The leader keeps the divine order. Interrupts to stops all distractions.  The team obeys no matter what your opinions are.  When there is disorder,  the enemy has access. It is like the army.  We work as a team with obedience to the leader.  Write notes on phone/paper for anything you see or hear. Let the leader know what you are seeing/hearing when time is right. STICK TO THE ASSIGNMENT. DO NOT TAKE ON ANYTHING THAT IS NOT PERTINENT TO THE ASSIGNMENT.  

Open Assignment in Prayer: Leader or someone else designated by the leader.

Protection Prayer:  Ps 91, Blood, Deliverance Prayers.  You will find a deliverance prayer at www.kingdomwatchmen.org under Freedom on the top navigation bar, then click Crafted Prayers, roll down to the Deliverance Prayer.

Clean hands clean heart: Personal time of seeking the Lord for any sin that needs to be dealt with. Each prayer team intercessor needs to repent, renounce, break off, cast out any abortion issues they may have been involved with such as an abortion, counseling others to have an abortion, paying for an abortion or any other involvement.  Most all of you have gone through much healing and deliverance, so this is mentioned just in case.   We cannot pray into that which we have not dealt with.

Worship: You can use your phone for worship music.  The song that was being played during the word that Chuck gave was Raise a Hallelujah – Sing a Little Louder by Jonathan and Melissa Helser.

Prophetic Act:  Leader lead with instruction – In the Spirit place and speak out what you doing. Place a Table of the Lord up just above and along the border of NY/CT in the town you are in.  For example, you are in Stamford. You place the table (leader speaking it out) all along the border of Stamford from Greenwich to New Canaan.  Ask and place communion – the bread and wine – on the table.
Read Ps 23 The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside quiet waters. He restores my soul; He guides me in the paths of righteousness
For His name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You have anointed my head with oil; My cup overflows. Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me all the days of my life, And I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Pray: Lord, let the table of the Lord to remain here. Please continue to let the communion, the bread and wine, flow off the table into the border and land.

Repentance:  I would suggest that you keep the repentance to the main issues of this prayer assignment: embracing death – abortion, idolatry, illegally spilled blood; wicked laws; pride and arrogance; taking away the future and false decree.  Let any grief and tears flow.  If travail comes let it flow.  Do not stop it. Repent as the Spirit leads on these pertinent prayer points.

Laws:  CT and our nation, oh, Lord has made wicked and foolish laws. On behalf of CT and the US, we ask you Lord to forgive us and bring repentance.  Have mercy O, Lord.

Blood curse of abortion/murder/idolatry:  CT and our nation has sinned against you lord.  On behalf of CT and our nation forgive us for these sins of abortion, murder, idolatry and coming into agreement with laws allowing abortions, murder and idolatry.  Bring repentance.  Have mercy O, Lord.
Hebrews 12:24  (TPT)  And we have come to Jesus who established a new covenant with his blood sprinkled upon the mercy seat; blood that continues to speak from heaven, “forgiveness,” a better message than Abel’s blood that cries from the earth, “justice.”

Taking Away the Future: On behalf of CT and the nation, forgive us for the covenant with and coming into agreement with the culture and covenant of death, sin that takes away our Kingdom of God purposes, destiny and inheritance and bring repentance.  
Deuteronomy 30:19 NIV This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live and that you may love the LORD your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him.

Pride/arrogance: CT and our nation has rebelled against you Lord. On behalf of CT and our nation forgive us for pride and arrogance and bring repentance.  Have mercy O, Lord.

False Decree: The government of NY has issued a false decree. (The top government official, the Governor of NY State, directed state landmarks like the spire of One World Trade Center to be lit up pink to “shine a bright light forward for the rest of the nation to follow.”)  On behalf of CT forgive us Lord for coming into agreement with this decree.

Give thanks to Abba Father that He gave His only son for us for the forgiveness of sin.  And that Jesus gave His body and shed His blood for us, for CT, this nation and all its people to take our sin and iniquity.

Cry out for mercy and grace.  Cry out for a spirit of repentance to fall on this land.  Cry out for salvation/sozo for all people.  Cry out for the land to be healed.  Cry out for the Lord to draw the people of CT and this nation into the knowledge of Jesus Christ. Cry out as the Holy Spirit leads.
Psalm 51:1-2 TPT God, give me mercy from your fountain of forgiveness! I know your abundant love is enough to wash away my guilt. Because your compassion is so great, take away this shameful guilt of sin. Forgive the full extent of my rebellious ways, and erase this deep stain on my conscience.

Lord, have mercy .  Lord have mercy on us. We have sinned against you God.  Lord have mercy.

“And His mercy is upon generation after generation toward those who fear Him.” Luke 1;50
To give to His people the knowledge of salvation By the forgiveness of their sins, Because of the tender mercy of our God, With which the Sunrise from on high will visit us, To shine upon those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death, To guide our feet into the way of peace.” Luke 1:77-79

We Lord, on behalf of CT stand strong at this CT – NY border.  We thank you for your forgiveness. We thank you Lord by the blood of the lamb and the Word of His testimony that any furtherance of the illegally spilled blood of abortion, murder; the sin of pride and arrogance; the wicked laws are blocked right here at this border.  Reverse the curse, Lord.  Heal this land. Turn around the laws to align with your laws, God, that are the laws of the founding of this nation. Remove the sins. Silence the voice of the blood crying out for more blood.

We, on behalf of CT, deny access right her at this border to this false decree that CT and the rest of the nation will follow the evil example of NY’s Reproductive Health Act (abortion/murder).

Declare that we, CT,  follow Jesus Christ.  Abba Father, HIS Son Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit, the one and only true God. The ancient of days hovers over CT and God, the Creator, is changing the laws to again align with His Laws.

Communion:  Take communion together with someone leading communion prayers.  Pour out bread and wine on the land and/or Long Island sound waters.

Speak aloud: Your sins are forgiven CT.  Your sins are forgiven NE.   (Yolanda’s teaching)

The Blood of Christ: ( The blood of Christ silences the illegal blood that has been spilled in this land through abortions, murders; it removes the sins of pride, arrogance; it removes the wicked laws; it removes the sin of curses, taking away the future; it removes the false decree)

Plead the blood of Christ over the border of NY/CT.  Let the table and communion of the Lord continue to protect, deliver and cleanse the land.
Plead the blood of Christ over every place where there has been illegal blood spilled through abortion.  (The Lord knows. Illegal blood here is defined by the Bible. Life begins at conception.)
Lord, send your angels to mark the windows, doors of the homes, churches, places  with your blood.  We declare that the Spirit of death is blocked right here at the border into CT.  We declare a shield of light all along the NY/CT border from the highest heavens down to the center of the earth.  Glory Fire Light wall. Release your angelic hosts Lord to establish your wall of Glory Fire Light.

Declarations from Chuck Pierce’s Word  (Raise a Hallelujah – Sing a Little Louder)

  • We speak on behalf of Connecticut “this thing is blocked by the blood of the Lamb and word of His testimony. We cry out for mercy for CT, NE, NY. USA. Grace Lord. Remember Jonah Lord.   • Little voices singing, ‘I will live and not die’  Those little voices – they will declare the word of the Lord, they will live and not die!’”
  • That voice and heart beat is going to get louder and louder and louder and louder throughout this entire nation and it will be like a haunt against anyone who tries to stop it from coming forth!”

  • Call forth creative means of influencing and bringing LIFE and LIGHT and LOVE over CT.

  • Speak, peace to all the fault lines and plates underground, in the Hudson River, the East River and the Harlem River.

End with the Life Decree   This is a very powerful legal decree
On Jan 27th, all the HAPN state leaders, CT represented by JEL, came together as one on behalf of all the states.  This decree was a verdict following a court session where there was repentance. This apostolic company used its Kingdom authority to command our government to come back into alignment with God and His purposes for our nation. Please note that a national HAPN prayer initiative was conducted by KW teams to all the known abortion centers at that time, approx. 2011/12 at which time the Life Decree was declared over CT and various sites.  This is the revised Decree read Jan 27th, 2018  following the NY State new women’s reproductive bill.

Leader:   Declare this Life Decree over CT. this is where we have authority and who we are representing today.

LIFE DECREE: AMENDMENTS TO DECREE OF DIVORCE FROM BAAL

THE HIGHEST COURT OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD IN RE THE MARRIAGE OF:

THE PEOPLE OF GOD, Plaintiff, versus THE PRINCIPALITY OF BAAL (Incl. Baal,

Queen of Heaven, Leviathan), Defendant,

INASMUCH AS the Court of Heaven has commissioned a hearing to render a verdict on abortion in the United States on the 40th anniversary of its legalization; and having considered the testimony of the Plaintiff as well as the cries even of the unborn; Let the record show that the following Amendments to the Baal Divorce Decree have hereby been rendered by the Supreme Judge regarding the abortion of unborn children. The Court clarifies that this verdict applies to the United States, inclusive of each respective state and territory in its domain, and shall be enforced accordingly.

1. “Your covenant with death shall be annulled, and your pact with Sheol shall not stand” (ref:Isaiah 28:18). The Court finds that, in accordance with the Plaintiff’s unwavering plea for the blood of Jesus Christ to cover the sins of this Nation; and in accordance with the verdicts in both the Decree of Divorce from Baal and the Declaration of Covenant of Marriage to the Lord Jesus Christ; that the covenant with death and hell empowered by legalized abortion is hereby annulled.

2. Whereas the principality of Baal, the Defendant in this matter, demands the systematic sacrifice of innocent blood for the empowerment of its rulership and deception; and whereas this principality has heretofore accessed the unjust bloodshed from abortion for these said means; and whereas the life and blood of each unborn child is claimed by their true Father and purchased with the blood of His Son; therefore the Court finds that all claims by the Defendant to perpetuate this covenant through legalized abortion are hereby rescinded.

3. The Court finds that the restraining order previously issued against the Defendant and for the Plaintiff in the Divorce Decree from Baal is extended to include restraining the Defendant’s access to all unjust bloodshed from legalized abortion. This restraining order applies to the principality of Baal and all its vast extensions, not limited to but including the Queen of Heaven, Lilith, Leviathan, Set, Saturn, etc.

4. The Court finds that the unborn are innocent of any sin or crime, and are counted as martyrs of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Court retains full responsibility to execute judgment to avenge the blood of these martyrs as deemed appropriate by the Supreme Judge. The Court also recognizes that those persuaded to abort their children do so based on varying personal motivations, heavily influenced by lies and deceit by the Defendant; and the Court stands ready to grant full clemency and restoration to all who earnestly seek forgiveness. This Court clarifies its position based on the unanimous request of children once entrusted to their earthly mothers and fathers.

5. After reviewing the founding legal documents of the United States, the Court finds that the legalization of abortion is a clear violation of both its laws and national legitimacy. “All men are created equal and have been endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights—that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” The rights of humans are clearly conferred at creation, not birth. The unborn are thus entitled to the covenantal protection of Life.

6. False weights and dishonest scales are an abomination to the Lord, and the Court finds that lies and deceit are purposefully and consistently employed to deny justice to the unborn. Therefore all judgments recorded in Isaiah 28 pertaining to covenants with death and hell empowering deception are to be executed against the principality of Baal, its vast extensions, and human principals who remain in covenant with this principality.

7. “Mene, Mene, Tekel, Parsin” (ref:Daniel 5). The Court cites its previous verdict re:Belshazzar, king of Babylon, in the issuance of a restraining order against the human principals who remain aligned with the Defendant and resolved to perpetuate abortion. The name Belshazzar is defined as Baal protecting kingship. “You have been weighed in the scales and found wanting. God has numbered your days of rulership and brought it to an end.” This is God’s verdict on abortion, and His deadlines have been set.

CLOSE WITH PRAYER: Very important to cleanse selves after intercessory prayer. 

First give thanks and praise the Lord for all He has done.  For allowing us the privilege of sharing with Him this intercessory assignment. Etc.

If our ministry today has tempted us to any anger, impatience, anything that is not of the you, o Lord, cleanse us of those temptations, and replace them with love, peace, joy.  If any evil spirits have attached themselves to any of us or oppressed us in any way, I command you, spirits of earth,air, fire, or water, of the netherworld or of nature, or of death to depart now and go straight to Jesus Christ, for Him to deal with as He will.
Come Holy Spirit, renew me, fill me anew with your power, Your Life, and Your Joy.  Strengthen me where I have felt weak and clothe me with Your light.  Fill me with Your Life.

Lord Jesus, please send me Your angelic hosts to minister to us and to protect us and our families, from all sickness, harm and accidents, and give us safe travel.  We praise you now and forever,
Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  All honor and glory is the Lord’s.
