Blessings Watchmen, Prayer Warriors, Intercessors, Saints,

We praise the Lord for all that the various prayer leaders and intercessors are doing through out the state of CT.  We had a lively CT Watchmen Council sharing meeting a month ago which pulled together on various prayer initiatives.

Sheila continues to send us the monthly CT Prays prayer points.

Ilona and Barbara continue to encourage setting up prayer hubs for the Don’t Mess with our Kids and 1 Million Women|Esthers and Mordecai’s for the Lou Engle event October 12 on the mall in DC.

Fran continues the Jericho Worship and Prayer around CT.

We, HAPN, continue with various national and international prayer initiatives.

Arolyn, RN,  continues with the Cindy Jacob state prayer initiatives.

CT IFA, Mona, continues with prayers, particularly for CT legislature. There is a daily prayer room available now early morning 5 days a week in the legislature building.  Please email Mona (CTpray@ifapray.org) if you are interested in participating in the 8:00 am once a week or more in the prayer meeting in the Harford legislative building.

Also Mona sent the following excellent prayers for the legislature; it would be good to pray these weekly or more.

We have been praying about the “special session” that our Legislators were called into this past week. Here is the prayer from this past Monday night:
  • Here us Lord as we pray for those who are in the legislature, as they reconvene this week. God, we pray that they would do no harm. We pray that all that they accomplish will reduce unjust taxation and rescind laws that further enslave us.
  • Lord, we pray for exposure of any misdeeds, misuse of resources, misrepresentation of the work they are doing… We pray for truth to be exposed and broad media coverage so that everyone in Connecticut knows what is going on in Hartford.
  • Lord, we pray for the righteous and just in Hartford to be well heard, outspoken and respected and admired.
  • We pray that those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior will unite in their efforts to save Connecticut from further taxation.
  • We pray for prayer to take place regularly on the floors of the House and Senate. We pray for people to talk about you, God, and to thank You, God, for their life and liberty.
  • We pray for people to notice those who are praying, for them to become curious and to want to learn more about you, God.
  • We pray that conversations about the Bible will become the norm at the Capitol. We pray that people will quote Bible verses during debates on the House and Senate floors. We pray that people will listen for the Holy Spirit to guide them in their voting decisions.
  • We pray that the support staff at the Capitol will be devoted to You, Lord. We pray that the number of Christians will be nearly 100 % in all positions throughout the Capitol.
  • Lord, we are praying for a massive return to Godly rule in government and so many saved lives at the Capitol.
  • We pray for divine encounters, Heavenly visitations and miracles to come into the lives of the people who serve in all three branches: the Legislative, Executive and Judicial branches of our government.
Thank you, God, for hearing our prayers.
