This arrowhead assignment, a part of the Paint the Borders Set the Anchors is more obedience to prophetic dreams/visions with apostolic authority setting it in place.  All this is such a great example of the apostolic and prophetic working together.  Praise God.  Eph 4:11  So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers,  to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

Eph 2:19 Consequently, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with God’s people and also members of his household, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the chief cornerstone. In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple in the Lord. 

Below are some suggested prayers for the leaders and teams going out to the 6 different sites. Dutch Sheets Give Him 15 prayers of August 21, 22, 23 are great for this.  I have included them below.  I am also listing the link for those dates as his teachings bring  together fuller understanding of the arrowhead prophetic (dreams, visions) and the seeking of the Lord’s strategy, apostolic prayer and decrees. I now many of you have already read, listened and/or watched them.

Arrowhead Summary from Dutch Sheets, Give Him 15: God is about to synergistically mix past revivals with a fresh outpouring of Holy Spirit. The four outpourings mentioned in the dream were tremendous demonstrations of His love and power. The revival at Red River Meeting House led to the Cane Ridge revival, which birthed the Second Great Awakening and saved America in the mid 1800’s. The Welsh and Azusa Street revivals rocked entire nations and eventually influenced the whole world – continuing to do so even to this day. All of these wells are about to reopen and spread across this nation and the nations.

August 21, 2023  Dutch Sheets Prayer  The Uncapping of the Wells

Father, we thank You for Your mercy and grace. Thank You for Jesus. Thank You for loving people, even when they oppose You. Your mercy endures forever, Your love is immeasurable.

Your power is also without equal. You hold the world in the palm of Your hand, a world You created with the words of Your mouth. You have no equal.

You demonstrated and released both – Your love and power – at the Cross. Your love reached down and drew us back up to You. Your power overwhelmed forces of darkness and the effects of sin. You conquered death and the grave. You are, indeed, the perfect mix of love and power.

We are now asking for an outpouring of both. Come and save; come and demolish. Save people; destroy wicked strongholds, systems, and the influence of evil spirits who blind people spiritually. We ask You to save a billion people in this outpouring, Father. Rescue them.

And lastly, we thank You for saving America. For, without doubt, America shall be saved. The greatest revival in America’s story has not yet occurred. We are moving into it now. So, in advance, thank You for pouring out Your Spirit in this land. We thank You for a righteous, life-honoring, moral government in America. We thank You for schools that are on fire with revival. We thank You for millions of people coming to You. We know this is going to happen and we thank You for it in advance. And it’s in Jesus’ name – no other – that we ask for these things…Amen.

Our decree: We decree that the greatest outpouring of Holy Spirit in human history is beginning.

August 22, 2023 Dutch Sheets Prayer The 300 Arrowheads
Father, the 300 “back to the future” ignition arrows are are here; this CT arrowhead we lift up to you and thrust it back down into the earth to be in obedience to your words. We have obeyed Your instructions. We know we will see the fruit. The shaking will shake down evil, not destroy America. The perceived “warplanes” will be identified as eagles carrying “firepower” and “glory.”

Cause fires of revival to spring up across the nation. Let the river that flows from the Lamb on His throne (Revelation 22:1), make its way once again up through the wells of Red River Meeting House, Cane Ridge, Azusa Street, and Wales. Combine their flow to form the most powerful “revival water” earth has ever received. Then send it EVERYWHERE! We pray, especially that our dear First Nations people drink from these wells of revival, and take their destined place as carriers of it throughout the Earth.

And as Your Hebrides revival messenger admonished us, we do NOT doubt this. We WILL NOT doubt this! We will stand strong in faith and partner with You as You do great things. This is certain, because we pray all of it in Yeshua’s name. Amen.

Our Decree:  We decree that the wells of revival are opening, the eagles are flying, and the fire arrows are being delivered.

August 23, 2023    Dutch Sheets Prayer  The 300 Arrowheads, Part 2
Father, thank You for leading us forward. You never retreat; You always advance. As Lord over the nations, You are orchestrating and planning another great season of Kingdom advancement. You are even using, and will continue to do so, the plans of evil people to further this Kingdom advance, just as You did at the Cross. You will not lose.

It is our joy to partner with You. It was a pleasure to use articles created by the First Nations people of our land, then reach down into the sand of Cape Henry and pull out America’s covenant purpose as a nation. It was also exciting to reach down into the soil of RRMH and tap into the well of revival housed there. These three elements from our history are now mixed together – the Native American host people, covenant, and revival – creating a synergistic force. This synergy of the ages is literally soaring across our nation. The power it creates will land in every U.S. state, joining with the covenantal foreword that has been declared there recently. The synergy of all this will be exponential. Explosive power will be released in America and go from here to the ends of the Earth.

And now we ask You, Father, to do all that is necessary to adjust and prepare our nation. When this is finished, throw the blazing spear of revival fire into the heart of our nation, causing wave after wave of revival to burn throughout our land.

In Christ’s authority, we pray all of this, amen.

Our decree:
We decree that our God, Yahweh, who keeps covenant and mercy to 1000 generations, is doing so in America. As intercessors and believers have repented, the blood of Jesus is healing our land.

Other suggested Decrees:  We lift this spear up and thrust it forcefully back down into the ground – into CT just as it was thrust into the center of the USA.

The people of the USA are burning with the fire of revival, wave after wave of them, moving outward in all directions from the standing spear.”

Other Suggested Prayers- CT specific:
Church Pierce prophesied that Connecticut would see revival several times.  He also prophesied that CT would have a huge harvest.
Larry Randolf has prophesied the tsunami also plus revival dreams. “there are many other prophesies of revival and awakening over CT.  The ancient of days is hovering over CT. (Chuck Pierce)

I have had many prophetic dreams, a few mentioned here that are particularly relevant to this National Call to prayer:  the tsunami, (Is 60 darkness and light ); reconciliation with the Native Americans here in CT, NE (one such dream encounter with a sachem chief led to the Mystic Massacre initiative); revival, awakening, harvest most particularly 1) The Glory Train Coming down the Tracks (95 corridor), clickety, clickety, clack. This huge ball of GLORY sounding like the roar of waterfalls roaring down the train tracks from Boston; when it crossed over to the border into CT, we (intercessors) jumped off the tracks into a huge, HUGE, field ripe with harvest.
2) a dream encounter with a whirlwind of revival, releasing mantles of holiness, humility and revival/awakening. An audible voice shouted out Prophecy Revival Mantle.  And then there were scenes of blueprints in heaven of various battle ships designed and built in CT through the centuries.  The ships had pipes hanging down that represented generational history.  The historic war/military ships is an historical parallel and analogy to Connecticut’s revival awakening history. That revival awakening is in the land about to be uncapped also.

In obedience and alignment with these and other prophetic dreams, I took the 6 CT arrowheads to a holy high site of a congregational church that was a radical “New Light” First Great Awakening church. It subsequently burned down. There is the lingering presence of the Lord in this now quiet conservation site.  I also took the arrows to a nearby church parking lot which was one of many fields where George Whitfield preached in his thunderous echoing voice that could be heard for miles they say.  At these two sites I prayed that presence and revival, awakening, reformation, harvest anointing also over and into the arrowheads. And I also prayed and decreed the prayers that we prayed over several towns and revival sites during the 9 month KW revival, awakening, harvest prayer initiative in 2018. The  other prayers below are all in obedience to the prophetic apostolic prayer process pertaining particularly to CT; it is coming into agreement and co-partnering with the Lord until…Hence I have added these suggested prayers for the thrusting of the arrowheads into the land that will bring forth the Glory Fire.

A big great big revival awakening hug to all of you who have participated in all the prayers over the years.  YOU make a huge difference. Your faithfulness is awesome. We are about to see the fruit.  GLORY FIRE.

CONNECTICUT DECREE

We, the Commonwealth of Connecticut, also known as the Constitution State, stand firm before the triune God, Father, Son & Holy Spirit, on the providential foundation of the Connecticut Constitution, the first constitution in modern history founded for the preservation of “the liberty and purity of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus….” As prophesied, the Ancient of Days is hovering, rumbling and thundering over Connecticut to restore our divine destiny and inheritance. We align, agree and decree your prophetic words, Lord, over Connecticut (& USA): we proclaim “the preservation of the liberty and purity of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus” and our motto, “He Who Transplanted Still Sustains”; we decree that Connecticut has great authority to help re-regulate the law structure of the federal government; we call forth the Glory Light Prophecy Revival, Awakening, the huge Harvest, and the seven fiery Apostolic Centers; we decree the Lord’s Favor and Provision. All glory and honor is the Lord’s.

DECREE, DECLARE, PROPHESY
Declarations, Decrees, Prophesy Revival, Awakening & Harvest in CT in accordance with Book, Scrolls, Prophesy, Verdicts from the Courts of Heaven

  • CT flag & motto – Decree He who transplants still sustains. Declare the new wine of Is 55:8. Juice is still found in the cluster of grapes (new wine) and men say do not destroy it there is still some good in it.  So, will I do in behalf of my servants.  I will not destroy them all.
  • Transformation – Ro 12:2 Be transformed by the renewing of your mind & 2 (Cor 3:18) into His likeness
  • The CT constitution (first in USA as the Fundamental Orders of CT) , the law – Kingdom Government/Gov of God. Romans 8:2 “ the liberating force of Life in Christ”.  Rev 11:15 “The kingdoms of this world shall become the Kingdom of the Lord and his Christ and he will reign forever and ever.
  • Call forth the Glory Tree, the Tree of Life. Pro 10:15. Words of healing are the fruit of the Word of Life.
  • Call forth Oaks of Righteousness. Romans 10:4 Declare that Christ is the end of the law, so there, may be righteousness for everyone who believes
  • Release Breaker Revival Angel and the Lord of Hosts to fulfill their God given assignments for CT.
  • Decree the “Apostolic Explosion” to manifest here in CT. Declare Jesus Christ as cornerstone and the Apostles and Prophets as the foundation of the Lord’s Government in the churches.
  • Declare the prophecy revival mantle to fall on the Lord’s ecclesia, saints and all people in the land. Call forth the mantles of holiness and humility as the prophecy revival mantle is falling on those who carry holiness and humility. We call it forth from the foundations of the deep in this land of historical revival. 1 Peter 5:5 Declare grace to the humble. And James declare good life with deeds done in humbly that comes from wisdom
  • Call forth and declare the activation of the eagles – the white mature eagle of revelation, “eyes to see, ears to hear “the prophets, seers and watchmen. Col 3:10 we stand fully identified in the new creation, renewed in knowledge, according the pattern of the exact image of our creator. And Lord teach the baby eagles to soar in the heavenly places.
  • Declare multiplication and acceleration of time. Redeem the time, Lord.
  • Call for maturity Heb 6;1. Let us leave the elementary teachings of Christ and go on to maturity.
  • Declare Righteousness Gal 3:11 because the righteous will live by faith.
  • Decree an understanding of our Jewish roots. Call forth the one new man. Nothing resembles your previous identity as Jew or Gentile, bond or free, male or female, now you are all defined in oneness with Christ.
  • Activate the fishing nets over CT, particularly New London.
  • Call forth the street priests, prophetic evangelism and the harvest – Matt 13:47 the kingdom of heaven is like a net that was let down into the lake and caught all kinds of fish.  “Look at the street sign, it says state pier. As New London goes so goes the state. Get your waders on!” (Note: many have seen this, and Chuck Pierce prophesied in Boston in Jan 2018 that CT would have a huge, huge harvest.)
  • Raise up the army with the discipline and unity of the Lord to be His Voice in this land. Elijah 37:4,5 Prophesy to these bones and say to them, oh you dry bones hear the word of the Lord. Behold I will cause breathe and spirit to enter you and you shall live. Col 3:14 Over all these virtues put on Love which binds them together in perfect unity.
  • Call forth the War Cry from the womb of God to resound and form the army of the Lord. Lend the land to Israel, make reasonable requests unto her, through the portals of my mother (church) enter God’s army. (audible prophetic word.  “We do not wage war as the world does. “2 Cor : 23   With justice He judges and makes war.  Rev 19:11.
  • Decree the Fear of the Lord to fall on His people, the church and all people.
  • Activate Revival, Awakening & Restoration. Bring Holy shock to apathy and carelessness. Isaiah 64:1 Oh, that You would tear open the heavens and come down, that the mountains might quake at Your Presence. As sure as Fire kindles the brushwood, as fire causes water to boil – To make Your Name known to Your adversaries, that the nations, CT, may tremble at your Presence”. Thank you for the seal of the Lord in the promises and scrolls for a great end time awakening in CT that spreads across NE and the rest of the country.
  • Lord complete the reconciliation of the native American tribes here in CT and NE. 2 Cor 5:18 All this is from God who reconciles us to Christ and gave us the m ministry of reconciliation.
  • Prophesy the Elijah Revolution promise coming as a result of a new covenant with the Native Americans and the immigrants ‘as one’. (dream encounter and promise)
  • Repent, the Kingdom is at hand!
  • Call forth the midwives, the intercessors, prayer warriors, the priests and kings to nurture the revival baby. It has been birthed over and over.  Repent for not nurturing this revival baby that the Lord longs to give us.
  • Prophesy the preaching of the four gospels like cannon balls of
    Fire with the demonstration of power and authority that pierces all inhabitants, invading the atmosphere, town squares, churches of Ct and NE
  • Declare His end time third Reformation REVELATION Church to come forth. Say and do what Jesus is doing in heaven.
  • Come into agreement with the prayers of the cloud of witnesses – revolutionary soldiers, colonists, preachers, revivalists who gave their all-in times past for the Kingdom Revolution to come into fullness to reform and restore this nation to her righteous godly roots and covenants.
  •   We decree and declare the waters from the foundations of the deep in CT and NE are loosed, breaking forth and rising up; that the revival awakening fire trapped in the land and artesian wells is loosed. (vision, Chuck Pierce word(s))
  • We decree and declare the Glory Train, the thick huge white Glory cloud is roaring down the 95-corridor highway, railroad tracks and coastline from Boston into and through RI, CT, NY, NYC. (watchmen dream encounter)
  • We decree and declare the Acts 2 mighty rushing wind of the Spirit accompanies the Glory Cloud Train down the 95-corridor opening the heavens over the area, creating and establishing the Lord’s heavenly highway of holiness. (dream)
  • We decree and declare the harvest in the fields along the 95 corridor train tracks is ripe and ready for harvest; we call forth the harvesting angels and the huge harvest. (dream encounter, Chuck Feb 2018 word for CT)
  • We decree and declare the Kingdom Revolution, a parable of the American Revolution, is loosed and is bursting forth in CT and New England. The Kingdom Army is forming. Righteous roots of this land are being restored to God’s Government. (series of dreams including eternal Mayflower in heaven)
  • We decree and declare the victorious Army of the Lord, on earth and the heavenly hosts, is forming, being trained and equipped and rising up with Resurrection Life. (dream encounter/angel/assignment & encounter with Lord of Hosts
  • We decree and declare that the numerous righteous roots here in CT and NE are expanding, multiplying, converging and intertwining underground in unity. (visions)
  • We decree and declare that the Spirit of the Lord is blowing in and releasing prophecy revival mantles from whirlwinds above the Thames River and other trails/highways/rivers. (dream encounter)
  • We decree and declare that Breaker Revival Angel and his company of angels that have already been released are now activated. (visitation, commission, release.
  • We decree and declare the “apostolic explosion” is establishing centers and fiery outposts (visitations, dream encounters & Chuck Pierce’s word for CT, 2009)
  • We decree and declare that the heavenly blueprint of the highway of holiness over Rt 95 and RR tracks is manifesting, and the Lord’s blueprint is being established on the 95 corridor from Boston to NYC.
  • We call forth the sons of God and Bride of Christ.  We declare these sons are the true apostles who will sustain revival and awakening. We decree that they will disciple the harvest to be Jesus Christ in this land. We declare that these mature sons, huios, understand and will build that divine unity and new wine skin by, in and through the Spirit that is able to sustain the fire, power and glory of revival and awakening.
