Servant Leader, Janet LeBoutillier

Janet 2016 head shotJanet LeBoutillier is the founder and president of Cornelia Ministries, Inc., Kingdom Watchmen Kingdom Freedom, an ordained minister and pastor at Valley Shore AG in Old Saybrook, Connecticut.

An accomplished business woman Janet held positions as a portfolio asset manager in real estate investments at major financial institutions. One special assignment broadened into economic development and transformation of inner city neighborhoods through partnership with community development groups, banks and private foundations. In time Janet and her husband established an investment consulting firm. She also serves on community, church and ministry boards.

While serving at a major bank on Wall Street, New York City, Janet was radically and supernaturally invaded by God through a theophany of Jesus Christ. Needless to say, the adventurous journey of transformation began. In obedience to revelatory direction, Janet pursued intense training and equipping in the Word, Spirit and practical prayer ministry. In God’s time, she was catapulted into ministry as a priest, deliverer and prophetic watchman in the East gate by the Spirit of God.

Janet has a BA degree in English literature and philosophy from the University of Colorado, an MBA equivalent in real estate investment from New York University and Masters of Ministry from Wagner Leadership Institute. Janet is the published author of Meditations on Joy and continues writing assignments. Mightily blessed with two children, three step children and eleven grandchildren, she gives all honor and glory to the Lord.

Through Kingdom Government Kingdom Watchmen Kingdom Freedom, God is using Janet to teach, train, equip, impart, activate, prophesy, decree and mobilize the end time army of Watchmen & Deliverers – the overcoming, victorious sons and Bride of Christ bringing revival, awakening, transformation, reformation and restoration to people, cities, nations, the land and atmospheres as we, the royal priesthood, learn to live as priests, kings and prophets with His Spirit living in us fully flowing outward in His power and authority doing the greater works, piercing darkness with His Love and Light, advancing the Kingdom of God to establish God’s government, His rule and reign on His creation restoring all.

Town & City Strategist, Leslie Weber

Leslie-A-WeberLeslie and her husband, Peter, servants of the most high Lord for years, serve KWKF and attend Valley Shore AG, Old Saybrook, CT. They are both actively involved in prayer, healing and deliverance.  Peter is a professional  photographer. He generously provides KWKF with most of the people photos you see on this site.  He  is also a  prophetic evangelist who trains and equips others.  Prophetic evangelism is who Christ is in him…it is a way of life.   Leslie is self employed as a freelance graphic artist. She serves KWKF as a graphic artist and in serving prayer leaders in town and city strategies.

Leslie is a true prophetic prayer warrior in His rest who researches the historical roots of regional towns and cities here in New England  and brings divine order from heaven into team prayer strategies.   Leslie has God’s heart and faith to dig the ancient, both First and Second Great Awakening, wells here in New England, to see individuals and entire communities and regions delivered, transformed and restored to Kingdom destinies and inheritances.
