Many of you are aware of the recent dream that was released of Give Him 15 that contained instructions to Paint the Borders and Command the Foreword. There is a lot of enthusiasm around this state-wide and nationally, and we have been working with ministry leaders from across the state to develop a strategy for Connecticut. If you are interested in learning more, please read all of the details in the attached document. We have attached several documents that are important in this assignment. At a minimum, by August 21, we would like every border town in our state (as well as every anchor point, read the document for further explanation) to be visited by at least one intercessor with the following documents decreed out loud while anointing some area in the town/border with oil.

First and foremost we want to acknowledge the role and function of Father, Son, Holy Spirit in this national initiative and in these CT protocols and prayers. ASSIGNMENT
In response with Dutch Sheets, Give Him 15, National Prayer Call based on Gina’s dream to paint the borders of our state (and USA) with oil and to set anchors, several CT prayer ministries and individuals were moved by the Spirit to participate. As the prayer leaders began to plan within their specific prayer groups it was evident that there was a need to communicate and come together to cooperate and establish unity of purpose. There is power and authority in apostolic/kingly prophetic/priestly unity. As the Bible says, “we are priests and kings”. Plus CT watchmen, prayer warriors and intercessors have a history of partnership and working together.

Summary of Gina’s Dream:
Intercessors Summoned
“I dreamed that thousands of people had been summoned by the Lord to gather in a certain place. I am not sure of the location, but we met in a very large colosseum-type building. The seating was sloped downward, with a stage at the bottom. Thousands of people were in the seats, and on the stage, hundreds were sitting in chairs. I knew the people in the auditorium were intercessors from around the nation, and those on the stage were leaders – of businesses, ministries, churches, denominations, colleges and schools, political leaders, etc.

“As we all took our seats, suddenly, a huge overhead screen appeared. On it was a map of the United States. On the map, geyser-type eruptions began popping up in various cities. The first one was near Lexington, Kentucky; we knew this represented what was happening, at the time, at Asbury College.
“Then the other ‘geysers’ began erupting on the map, spewing out fire, water, and oil. This was all happening in real-time. We were literally watching a move of God as it was quickly spreading throughout the nation. Thunderous applause and celebration broke out in the Colosseum as we watched this happening on the map.
As the celebration broke out, suddenly, the voice of God resounded. It seemed as though His voice came through a P.A. system; it sounded like loud, deep thunder. We could feel the vibration as it shook the floor beneath us.
“He said, very adamantly, ‘Do NOT become distracted by the movement!’ This brought a collective gasp from the crowd as we all wondered, ‘What does that mean?’
“He continued, ‘Celebrate the movement, YES! But do not become distracted by it! Work while you celebrate!’ He repeated this three or four times. That phrase, ‘Work while you celebrate!’ gripped us deeply. It was like a jolt that readjusted our focus. There was great joy for what was beginning to happen, but at that moment, we were all captured by a sense of urgency. It was then that we realized this was not a ‘normal’ gathering; it was an urgent call to attention.”
Dutch’s Comments
The purpose of this gathering of leaders and intercessors was to release significant instructions and strategies to them. The strategies become much more detailed in the latter part of the dream. In this portion, however, God gave us encouragement and a warning.
“In the dream, He made it clear that He has never forgotten the purposes He has had for America since before she was established. He referred to these purposes as His ‘original foreword.’ Our true history records that an idea and a longing began to stir in the hearts of a group of men and women in England. God placed in them a longing for a homeland where they could be free to live productively and worship Him without restriction. That desire provoked them to leave everything they had known, and with huge steps of faith, set out on a long, arduous journey of discovery”.
“The journey led them to the eastern shores of what would become one of the greatest nations on earth. Her greatness would not be because the people did everything right – many dark moments have been recorded throughout our history. Her greatness would be because She was established as a nation ‘under God.’ He led those pilgrims to these shores, and upon their landing, they planted a cross on the beach. Then, through them, God prophesied His intentions for the nation’s existence.
…”the Lord told us to “command the foreword,” a reference to what was declared over America at our inception. These decrees would provoke the shaking that will bring us back into alignment with His declared purposes. Holy Spirit then released to us a powerful baptism of fire.”…“While I do not fully understand the symbolism and location of the anchors [mentioned in yesterday’s post] to which the angels secured America in the dream, I am sure the Cross they planted at Cape Henry (Virginia Colony) marks one of them. “
Gina’s words: “And though as a nation we have abandoned this calling, You (God) have not; You intend to revive and re-fire it. We are forever grateful that the restoration and fulfillment of this purpose is not dependent on those who oppose You, but on Holy Spirit and the church. We, the Ekklesia of Christ on earth, say yes to this calling. We say yes to our healing, and yes to whatever is required in order for You to accomplish it. We do not fear this.
Final Portion of the Dream
“A paint brush and bucket filled with oil appeared at each person’s feet. The Lord instructed, ‘As you go from here, carry the oil and secure the perimeters of your states. Paint the perimeters with the oil, and they will be secured.’ We knew He was showing us that this, like the cables and anchors, will secure them when the shaking comes.
“Then the attention of each of the leaders was drawn back to the piece of paper in our folders. [Mentioned in yesterday’s post.] We looked at and began discussing each of the 4 bullet points.
- The first said: ‘Get it anchored! Anchor the nation.’ Beside that point was a red check mark, meaning this had been completed when the angels secured the steel cables to the anchors.
- The second point said: ‘Secure the perimeters of all fifty states. Paint the perimeters with the oil!’ This was why we had been given the buckets of oil and paint brushes.
- The third bullet point said: ‘Establish an anchor in each state, and connect it to the guide wire.’ We all understood this to mean each state must be anchored and connected to the cables the angels had secured to the anchors on the outer perimeters of the nation. The Lord was now referring to these cables as ‘guide wires.’
- The last point said: ‘Establish a prayer grid in each state.’ We understood this to mean that prayer teams were to be established in each state, a grid of prayer teams listening in prayer and ready to move quickly with assignments the Lord would give.
CONNECTICUT APOSTOLIC PROPHETIC STRATEGY
Background
Ilona and many others sensed the urgency of this National Call. Prayer groups over CT who listen to Give Him 15 were activated. When I read Gina’s dream, I immediately recalled a similar dream the Lord gave me three months prior that was very similar to the first paragraph that we had been praying into. The setting of the dream portrayed a huge, massive coliseum. It was divided into sections. I was overseeing a large group of intercessors that were all seated and positioned in one of the sections. The architecture was from earlier period of American history very colonial. I was able to see all these other sections. I knew in the dream that the area I was in were CT intercessors and that all the sections that I was seeing were for other states. It was almost as if this coliseum was in heaven as it was so huge and I was able to see the immensity of it. We were all seated and prepared waiting when a Presidential figure walked in; he was the speaker. This Presidential figure represents Government. National USA government. The message of the dream was all about intercessors/prayer warriors in unity with various state, regional and national leaders. I believe that Gina’s dream is “this is that” and it has provided the strategy. I knew we / KW and CT were to do this and sent out a Kingdom Watchmen blog to prayer leaders on it which included Sheila, Ilona and other. At the same time Ilona, who is part of KW was organizing a meeting for those interested in participating. Sheila Kimball, now the regional director for National Day of Prayer, suggested connecting and confirmed the importance of cooperation and unity.
Regarding Get it anchored! Anchor the nation:
The Mayflower Compact/Plymouth Rock is another marker/anchor. In CT the old Hartford Capital is a foreword marker anchor as CT was the first state to write a constitution, The Fundamental Orders of CT, which became our Constitution. As is Yale (first college in CT) and New Haven. There were two capitals in CT for a season, Hartford and New Haven. New Haven was initially formed/built on the ratio of New Jerusalem. Also, I believe both New London/Groton, mouth of Thames River area and the mouth of the CT River and CT River in CT are markers/anchors for Revival, Awakening, Harvest from the First Great Awakening. One of our researchers spent 9 months researching the Great Awakening sites/churches in obedience to several prophetic dreams where the Lord has showed me the promise of revival. New London/Groton are highlighted in these dreams for revival fire, awakening, harvest. I was shown that Revival, Awakening and Harvest are in the history of this land. The research showed the majority of churches, New Lights, in revival and awakening were located in the New London/Groton area and in the fields along the CT River. See CT Revival, Awakening, Harvest. Also, there is an anchor in Middletown, CT. I do not yet know where and what it is, as I have not had time to research it yet. It was in another section of the dream I received.

CONNECTICUT WATCHMEN COUNCIL
This past fall/winter, the Lord spoke to me about a Connecticut Watchmen Council made up of prayer leaders/ekklesia. This council would meet 2 to 4 times a year or when needed to come together to share priestly prophetic words that apply to CT and to seek the Lord for kingly apostolic strategy. Each prayer group has its mission/mandate/purpose so this council would not get involved with the various planning, etc. I see it as informational. I have spoken to a few of you about this. So this current zoom to come into unity with a plan may be the beginning of such a council.

The council found the best way to organize this is for there to be oversight leaders to organize and be responsible for specific border towns. Each of you watchmen/prayer warriors who have not expressed interest yet, please call, text or email the oversight leader for the border town that you are interested in praying at. All the border towns are listed below under the oversight leaders’ names. We thank you in advance for your involvement. This is a national call to pray; CT does not want any town border to have a breach in the wall. The army is rising up for such a time as this. The more teams we have going to the town/borders, the more prayer/decrees/oil.

Please, each watchman, prayer warrior, intercessor that is participating in this cooperative unity CT Initiative, please enlist an intercessor(s) to cover you in prayer when you go out on site. Also, it is wise for each team to also engage intercessors to pray for you as a team just before, during and after praying at the site. SET THE ANCHORS (plumbline)
We are the anchors in the Spirit. In addition, you may also like to use a symbol of the anchor and/or a anchor scripture to leave/plant on the ground in the designated places. We also consider the following key places to be founding anchors in the founding of CT.
1) The Old Capital Building, Hartford
The Court House in New Haven (for a season when Hartford and New Haven merged forming CT, they designated and rotated both cities as the Capitals.)
2) Yale College, New Haven & Old Saybrook (Yale was established as an institution originally in Old Saybrook. It was first established in a home in Killingworth)
3) Yale Divinity School, New Haven
Patti Struski & team will be setting the anchors and praying at New Haven, Yale, Hartford & Old Saybrook
4) CT River, Old Lyme/Old Saybrook, & Thames River Groton/New London represents the majority of The First Great Awakening sites. Also, where the CT River enters CT, Suffield/Enfield. The Lord may show you other founding father sites by the Spirit. Go there and set the anchors based on the Gina’s dream above.
Kingdom Watchmen teams will be setting the anchors at the mouth of the CT and Thames River for Revival, Awakening, Harvest
5) Middletown: This needs researching and a team to set anchors at the place as the Spirit continues to reveal it.
6) Set anchors and pour oil in the CT River at the northern border of CT River between Suffield and Enfield. Also, at the site of the old Jonathan Edwards gravestone where he preached “Sinners in the Hands of Angry God”. It is on the Main Street in Enfield.

There will be a Celebration Worship & Prayer Gathering via Zoom following the completion of this CT prayer assignment. This will be a time of worship, sharing testimonies and revelation/prophesy during the site visits. It will be a weeknight Zoom Celebration the time to be determined.

The Declaration of Independence declares the “Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God” and appeals to the “Supreme Judge of the world,” “the Creator,” and “divine Providence.” We declare that the words of this founding legal document remain true today. We declare them into the atmosphere of America! We declare our dependency upon Leviticus 25:10 cited on the Liberty Bell: “Proclaim liberty throughout the land to all the inhabitants thereof.” This verse, describing Christ as America’s Jubilee Redeemer, rang out at her birth announcing our faith and destiny. We declare this message over America again today: Christ is our Redeemer! Proclaiming His message is our purpose!
We decree that Yahweh is our Lawgiver, our Judge, and our King — and that our three branches of government were founded under this truth! We declare our renewed dependency upon God our Father will facilitate restoration of our government to its Providential foundation. May Psalm 67 resonate loudly and joyfully from the hearts of people everywhere!

We, the Commonwealth of Connecticut, also known as the Constitution State, stand firm before the triune God, Father, Son & Holy Spirit, on the providential foundation of the Connecticut Constitution, the first constitution in modern history founded for the preservation of “the liberty and purity of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus….” As prophesied, the Ancient of Days is hovering, rumbling and thundering over Connecticut to restore our divine destiny and inheritance. Declaration of Covenant— July 4th, 12th Anniversary
In fact the Declaration of Independence became the prototype for a pretty dramatic “turnaround decree” called the “Declaration of Covenant,” written and presented on July 4, 2011 at the Lincoln Memorial. This July 4 not only marks the 247th anniversary of our nation. It marks the 12th anniversary of its release.
HAPN and RPN leaders had already largely engaged in what became the largest and most comprehensive repudiation of idolatry in modern American history. Divorcing Baal. The assignment was largely finished when we gathered on July 4, realizing that our validated divorce decree from Baal needed to be accompanied by a validated restoration of covenant with Jesus!
Apostle John Benefiel, Negiel Bigpond, Harry Jackson, Tom Schlueter, Bunny Warlen and many other leaders participated in the ceremony on July 4 at the Lincoln Memorial. We again presented the Lord with the largely-completed project to divorce Baal. And then we sought God’s hand in marriage.
Looking back it is incredible how faithful the Lord has been to the Declaration of Covenant and its decrees! I believe the document even served as a legal foundation for the governmental turnarounds initiated by the Lord soon after.
So what about today? We can absolutely see the Lord complete the turnaround that He initiated in response to our united plea. We can see our sovereignty as a freedom nation preserved. On the 12th anniversary of the release of the Declaration of Covenant, LETS DECLARE HIS COVENANT!
DECLARATION OF COVENANT (JULY 4, 2011)
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political and spiritual bands which have connected them with another, and to seek and receive from their Creator both a Pardon and a re-constitution of Covenant with the Lord Jesus Christ, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to this dedication…
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. And as an Act of Liberty, our Nation was covenanted to Jesus Christ, in the Presence of Holy Spirit, by women and men sent by Him to establish both community and governance for “the glory of God and the advancement of the Christian faith”—
And as successive generations, motivated by greed, compromised these Godly covenants–endorsing the subjugation of their brothers and sisters, both Host People and Immigrants; and embracing various forms of Baal worship, including Freemasonry and the occult—
Thereby yielding in part the corporate will of the people, in community and governance, to the influence of Baal and the consequential denial of justice, even to the unborn—
And whereas stewards of this Nation, rooted in the Land, appointed by God as repairers of the breach, have wholeheartedly repented of these sins, restored covenant, and have labored for a reprieve from the endless reproach these sins have brought upon this land and people—
Having sought and obtained from their Creator a Verdict of divorce from Baal, including the issuance of an everlasting Restraining Order and a Writ of Assistance for the restoration of all the Highest Court has granted as a covenantal right of Possession—and having throughout the year approached this Court with the same intent in every State of the Union, and in towns and cities therein, receiving the same verdict in favor of the saints;
We now, in the Presence of God, present ourselves before the Highest Court of the Kingdom of God, with the intent to re-consecrate this Nation according to the covenants made with Jesus Christ by our forefathers.
And with all solemnity and deference to Your Majesty, request that this Nation, as spoken by Isaiah and Hosea, might again be Married to the Lord, apart from all idols from which You have granted said divorce. And that Your Glory, the Presence and Power of Holy Spirit, might fully return and reside again in this land, releasing awakening, union and reformation. And that by this covenant renewal, as Abraham Lincoln articulated, our Nation, under God, might have a new birth of freedom.
For consideration in this Petition, we present to You the Covenantal legacy of the Pilgrims, who on 11-11, 1620 committed the land and government to “the glory of God and the advancement of the Christian faith,” according to the Mayflower Compact.
And we present to You the Covenantal legacy of the Huguenots who came to this land with the same intention—whose blood was spilled and mission aborted—whose founder died chanting Psalm 132, begging Your Majesty that this land would be a “dwelling place for the Mighty God of Jacob.”
And we present to You the original intent of many Host people of the Land—who agreed from the beginning that both ownership and stewardship belongs to their Creator and Father. Who sought with reverence to honor the Laws of Nature, and Nature’s God. To whom You endowed great wisdom, even to convey and implement principles of democratic governance that framed the United States Constitution.
And finally, we present to You the legacy of the Seed of Abraham, by which Your Covenant with Israel and Mankind has been perpetuated. Our gratitude is immeasurable that You have chosen to graft us into this Covenant—even, as Asher Intrater observed, the Pilgrims “saw themselves as a New Israel, a nation wholly covenanted with God.” To this end, we fully commit our covenantal stewardship to resource the dream of Your heart for Israel, the Jewish people, and for the nations.
In the Name of God, Amen. Having undertaken, for the glory of God and the advancement of the Christian Faith, the sacred task of repairing our Nation’s founding covenants with our Creator; and having diligently and wholeheartedly sought forgiveness for breaches of said covenants, offensive to God and detrimental to mankind; we now solemnly and mutually, in the Presence of God and one another, combine these founding covenants as one Sacred Consecration of this land, the United States of America and all of its territories, to the Lord Jesus Christ.
And to this combined Declaration of Covenant, and all of our founders’ intentions in establishing One Nation under God, with the witness of Heaven and Earth, we do add our agreement that this Land, its people and resources, be entirely consecrated to You. As You have engraved us in the palm of Your hand, we now ask for the Hand of God in marriage, unto whom we promise all submission and due obedience.
