Dear Friends Throughout the Original 13 Colonies and Beyond,
This prayer focus is derived from the prophetic declarations released at the recent gathering in Pennsylvania where The Philadelphia Tabernacle of David and the 13 Colony Council USA gathered to worship on Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2024, on Independence Mall, Philadelphia. Our special guest was Dr. Chuck D. Pierce, President of Global Spheres Int’l, located in Corinth, TX. Dr. Pierce released the prophetic word of the Lord over our nation, from the ROOT of our REPUBLIC, Philadelphia, under a Tent of Meeting, during the 10 Days of Awe at the site of Constitution Hall. The founding members of our nation’s government signed the Declaration of Independence at this spot. To faithfully watch over these prophetic words, let us join in together praying these declarations corporately, along with any other the Lord may give you, to see the hand of God move mightily in our land!

Ride the Root Prayer Focus Part 2
1- Return to Your First Love! Rev. 2:1-7
Rev 2:4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love
Chuck Pierce: We need to ask the Lord to return the church in Philadelphia and our nation to its FIRST LOVE!
Cry out: Love is waiting for you church in America!! Lord, we repent for turning away and letting the world stop us from staying hot with passion for you! We desire passion for you God! Come Back First Love!! Father, we want you again in the land!!
2- Return to You First Works! Rev. 2:1-7, Rev.2:19
Rev 2:5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.
Rev 2:19 I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first.
Chuck Pierce: The Lord also commanded them back to their first works which they had done.
Decree: Father, we decree that this Thanksgiving there will be a resurrection in America of the original Thanksgiving where your FIRST PEOPLE and your Pioneer People became ONE!
Father, restore the first works of Your people in this hour. May we be IMITATORS of YOU LORD!
We decree the greater works are arising in Jesus’ name!!
3- Create a Shield in Heaven Over God’s Covenant People Israel! Ps. 122:6
Chuck Pierce: We are actually warring for our future…You have to look at God’s covenant land first and see what is happening. It is very important that we create a shield over God’s people and over His nation and our nation.
Haym Salomon, a Jewish Revolutionary Financier in Philadelphia, is one of the most forgotten members of the founding generation of America. He gave away his fortune supporting the armies of the Revolution for our freedom! Let’s thank God for him and those who were willing to do this!
Chuck Pierce: There is a war over covenant. It is not a war over race, it is not a war over gender right now, it is an actual war over covenant! Will the covenant that God intended press through and occupy the STRENGTH that this nation needs at this time?
Decree: Lord, in your mighty name we set a shield in heaven over your covenant people Israel. Keep them safe and give them the ability to overcome their enemies! Let them continue to strike their arrows until their enemies are defeated! No weapon formed against them will prosper! Every word spoken against them will fall to the ground!
Decree: We decree that America will stay in covenant with Israel and fight along with Your covenant people. America will see its internal war over covenant and resubmit our hearts back to you Lord! We chose to yield to your Word in our Lives for the life of this nation! We say we remain in covenant with the Lord Jesus Christ and His chosen people Israel!
4- This is the Hebrew Year 5785. A Year of Grace to War!!
Chuck Pierce: We have entered the most intense year of this era of war! 5 is always linked with GRACE.
Decree: God give us the GRACE TO FIGHT! Give us PLENTY of GRACE to FIGHT the ENEMY!!!
Decree a GRACE to complete the assignments you have been given!
5- Hear what the Spirit is saying! Faith Works By Love! Gal. 5:6, Eph. 3:17-19
Chuck Pierce: Without FAITH it is Impossible to Please God. FAITH works by LOVE! God is requiring a dimension of love to come out of His people like we saw in Ephesus. Over the next 44 days (until Nov. 21st) it will be intense, and LOVE is the only thing that will demonstrate FAITH.
Decree: (To the Church of America! To the Church of Your State! Decree to the Church you attend!)
A new dimension of faith working by love is coming forth in you NOW! The lost will know us by our love for God and one another! Great Faith is arising within the Body of Christ in America!
6- God is Near This Nation Right Now! Reach Out and Grab a Hold of Him! Acts 17:26-28
Decree: I am in the right place at the right time! I receive all that You are releasing to us right here, today, Lord! We claim those for You who are in our territories and decree Heaven is opening over them for salvation! Heaven is opening over our nation for a mighty move of your Holy Spirit!
7- Thanksgiving is very important This Year! 1 Thess.1:2, 2 Thess.2:13
There was a root of covenant developed in Pennsylvania with William Penn and the First Peoples. We must eat of this root again and see it established in this nation!
Ask God: How do I send a blessing to our First People during Thanksgiving Lord!
8- We Must See a Revival of the Prophetic Anointing Acts:17, Joel 2:28
Decree: Call the Prophets out of the caves and back to the gates they are to rule!
Ask the Lord to restore the Prophets back to their abiding place and decree they are hidden from the death spirit that has been sent against them! We break the power of this death spirit sent against the Prophets of the Lord! Decree a grace to complete the assignments they have been given! Decree: A new anointing is coming upon us in this hour!
9- Get Rid of the Religious Spirits Blinding Us! Matt. 11:3-6
Chuck: We must repent for having religious spirits preventing us from seeing who God is choosing! He brought us to Philadelphia to create a revolution in the Spirit that can overthrow the enemy! We must discern the Jehu and Hazael of today!
Decree: We are sorry for allowing religion to blind our eyes to your choice Lord! Release a new flow of Holy Spirit in and through us! Open our eyes to see your choice in a new way!
10- Test the Mantel the Lord is Giving You in This Season! 2 Kings 2:11-14, 2 Kings 2:18-22
Chuck: Elisha’s first miracle was to get back across Jordan and the only way he could do that was to see if Elijah’s mantle worked for him! The Lord says, “I am requiring my people to test the mantle I am putting on them!”
Decree: We will put the mantle you have given us to the test!
Chuck: The second miracle Elisha did was break off the curse from a city God had cursed! I saw 44 days and the Lord said there are 44 cities throughout this nation that are operating under a curse. Tonight, from this tent, God is sending us out to break a curse off from cities! We are in the ROOT CITY of this nation, if we decree from here, it will go out to every city that was formed from (the beginning) out of the rule of this city!
Decree: Lord, show us the cities you are sending us to! We will use the mantle of your authority to break every curse holding those cities in bondage! Send us!
11- God is Visiting Widows and Their Children! 2 Kings 4:1-7, 2 Kings 4:8-37
Chuck: Obadiah had died and left his widow and children destitute. His children were about to be sold into slavery to pay his debts. Prophesying at this widow’s crossroad, Elisha prophetically created a totally different environment by the word of the Lord being spoken to her that saved her sons. Then to the woman of Shunem he broke off the spirit of barrenness afflicting her because she was kind to the prophet! Her future became secure!
Decree: The Widows of this land will see their sons free! The Lord says He is rewarding women who have offered what is necessary for My prophetic people to move forward!!!
12- God is Releasing the three-fold Cord to Reform This Nation 1 Kings 19:15-18
Chuck: Then Jezebel gets knocked down. It took all three, Jehu, Hazael and Elisha to take her out. The Lord says tonight from this city ask for the three-fold cord to reform in this Nation what it will take to bring down the structure that intends to rule you by 2026. What we are doing here tonight sets the course of God that He showed me in 1986 concerning 2026, and this is the year that determines where we will be in 2026.
Decree: The three-fold cord to reform in this Nation is loosed over this land! We call forth your warriors Lord! We call forth your men and women of valor who will act upon Your word and pray until they obtain complete victory against the enemy!
